Further to say, according to the research on the preface and afterward, we draw a conclusion that they are versions of the re-publication, not original editions. The second part can be divided into three steps. Firstly, fully collated the ancient Chinese medical books; secondly, wrote informative abstract for every book; finally, made comparison and analysis of every book’s edition and content. Through these procedures, we can see if there exists academic inheritance relationship among them so that it can provide full preparation for the following study. The third part is research on the contents of Bamboo Forest Temple’s Secret on Women’s Diseases. It can be divided into four parts, they are leukorrheal diseases, menstrual diseases, gestational diseases and puerperal diseases. We sort out every disease from four aspects:theory, method, formula and herbs. Respectively, the general therapeutic principles of leukorrheal diseases is invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness with the assistance of elevating the spleen-qi; at the same time, strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor is also very important. As for the treatment of menstrual diseases, they make good use of siwu decoction, for they add and subtract the application on the basis of siwu decoction; on the other side, the medicine they use is mainly based on tonifying qi and nourishing blood, but fierce medicine for activating blood circulation is rarely used. The gestational diseases article is reaesrch on gestational diseases’ etiology and pathogenesis, pulse diagnosis, external therapy and fetus nurture. The method of administration of puerperal diseases article is distinctive, they combine treatment method of taking TCM by mouth with plaster therapy so that they can have an effect of a two-pronged approach. The fourth part is research on the indication and processing method of Chinese medicine. Take Angelica Dahurica as an example. We spread out discussion mainly from three indications of Angelica Dahurica, they are inducing resuscitation with herbal aromatics, dispelling wind and arresting itching, eliminating cold to kill pain. As for Cyperi Rhizoma, there are many different kinds of processing methods, such as urine of boys under twelve processing, wine processing, vinegar-porcess, brine processing. Through different processing methods, Cyperi Rhizoma’s nature and flavour and channel tropism has been changed, the indication and therapeutic window had been expanded, too.The five part is that we focus on a special formula whose name is "Mizhi Taihe pills". Although it consists of 23 herbs, but it can be broken up into many different small new prescriptions, this is the remarkable feature of "Mizhi Taihe pills". After the writer’s comprehensive analysis and research, a simple and practical song has been prepared to the convenience of reciting. The sixth part is comparative study on metrorrhagia and metrostaxis between Bamboo Forest Temple’s Secret on Women’s Diseases and Fu Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology. By studying the theory, method, formula and herbs of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, we found out that there are lots of differences, including narrative form, viscera syndrome differentiation, dosage form and method of administration. But there are also many similarities. First, they both do not take the application of tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis, instead they are mainly dominated by inquiry. Second, they both attach great importance to the liver, spleen and kidney, and emphasize on the nursing of spleen and stomach, qi and blood. Third, they both use drugs which are common and have sexual flavour, and they rarely use rare and exotic products. The last part is conclusion. On one hand, we sumed up naming characteristics, the distribution and type of the ancient books and inscribing time of Bamboo Forest Temple’s Secret on Women’s Diseases collected in Beijing, and then we wrote informative abstract for every book around its roll paper structure, edition and content.
