Objective:To analyze the, serum level of 25-Hydroxy VitaminD3[25 (OH) D]and degree of VitaminD deficiency, in Uyghurpatients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital, and it’s relation with gender、season、duration of diabetes mellitus and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc).Methods:According to accepting criteria and exclusion criteria,We retrospectively investigated the 716 Uyghur patients treated in department of endocrinology in first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university between September 2012 and September 2014,and did a cross sectional study about the level of 25(OH)D and degree of VitaminD deficiency.Results:(1)There is no statistical significance on degree of VitaminD deficiency in male and female (χ2=0.269,P>0.05); There is no statistical significance on degree of 25(OH)D deficiencyin longterm sunlight exposure group and shortterm sunlight exposure group (χ2=2.74, P>0.05); There is no statistical significanc on degree of VitaminD deficiencyon difference between age, HbAlc, course of diabetes mellitus (P>0.05).(2)There is a negative correlation between the level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 and patient’s gender、season、duration of diabetes and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc).(3)By conducting multiple linear regression on these data,we have got a equation.Conclusion:Level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 is generally low in Uyghur patients with diabetes mellitus, there is a negative correlation between the level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 and patient’s gender、season、course of diabetes mellitus and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc)...
