Objective:To discuss the platelet-rich fibrin combined with autogenous bone marrow stem cells on instant site preservation techniques in anterior extraction sockets. Methods: Thirty-six male 2 months rabbits were divided into four groups randomly: PRF+BMSCs, PRF, BMSCs, blank control. They were minimally invasive removal mandible incisor under general anesthesia on the left side. After 4 weeks, 8 weeks,12 weeks, 36 rabbits were sacarificed by injecting air to vein. Then the jaws were investigated by general observation, X-ray photography and structual observation. Results:There were significant difference in alveolar ridge width and height difference among four groups via measuring alveolar bone specimen. The effect of repairing alveolar bone in PRF + BMSCs was better than using BMSCs or PRF alone in factorial analysis(P<0.05). X-ray: bone resorption of tooth socket in PRF + BMSCs group was least, and then was PRF group, BMSCs group, blank control group.Histological observation showed that the bone resorption of PRF + BMSCs groupn was better than PRF group, BMSCs group, blank control group during the time of 4 weeks,8 weeks, 12 weeks after operation. Conclusion:PRF composited BMSCs can promote alveolar bone regeneration, repairation and preserve the site.
