Purple Scorpion Acupoint Sticking Therapy’s Clinical Effect To The Treatment Of Chronic Tonsillitis Acute Attack

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of purple scorpion acupoint sticking therapy on the treatment of chronic tonsillitis acute attack.Methods: 99 patients with chronic tonsillitis acute attack were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,and were observed after one course of treatment. Two groups of patients were given nursing care on a regular basis,The treating group was treated with Amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium granules and purple scorpion acupoint sticking therapy,the control group Was treated with Amoxicillin clavulanic acid potassium granules.The changes of clinical symptoms,physical sign in all patients were observed before and after treatment.The results of the observation to be evaluated objectively and scientifically.All data were conducted using statistical software SPSS19.0 statistical analysis.Result:1. Efficacy evaluation:Clinical 99 patients included final completion of 96 cases,and 3 cases of loss.The efficacy rate achieved in treating group was 90.38%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(77.27%).2. The two groups before and after treatment individual signs and symptoms integral comparisons: Comparison between the two groups before treatment, there was no significant difference(p>0.05); the two groups after treatment in treating pharyngeal foreign body sensation, tonsil size, tonsil congestion comparison were significant differences(p<0.05), the treatment group in improving pharyngeal foreign body sensation, tonsil size, tonsil congestion is better than the control group.Conclusion: Therapeutic efficacy of the purple scorpion acupoint sticking therapy for patients with chronic tonsillitis acute attack was statistical significance.this convenicnt and efficient method accorded with clinical treatment of chronic tonsillitis acute attack,which Can be applied as an external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
