The Clinical Study Of The Therapy Of Acupoint Sticking For Patients With Chronic Glomerulonephritis

Chronic nephritis is common disease. Some patients can go into uremia. The nephrology department of Chinese medicine hospital of wujin obtained curative effect by point injection and acupuncture point bury line treating with chronic nephritis. On the basis of the above,the chronic nephritis of Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome would be treated with acupoint application. Objective:Use acupoint application,observe the clinical curative effect of treating chronic nephritis of Spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and debate the therapeutic principle.Method:Divide 90 patients into three groups, every group has no difference with age,sex,and the level of disease. For the first treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine and Acupoint sticking therapy would be adopted;for the second group of treatment, traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint application with ointment in the party would be adopted;and for the control group, the patients would be treated with traditional Chinese medicine,Every patient would be treated 90 days.During the treatment process we would observe the change of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical curative effect and urine protein quantitative. Result:Effect on clinical treatment:About the efficient,the first group of teeament is 93.33 %,90% for the second treatment group, and the control group is 76.67%. The treatment groups are different with the control group with Clinical curative effect (P<0.05). The first treatment group is no difference with the second treatment group;Effect on TCM syndrome:About the efficient,both groups of teeament are 96.67%,and the control group is 80%. The treatment groups are different with the control group (P<0.05). The first treatment group is no difference with the second treatment group;Symptom improvement:In lumbar spinal pain,shortness of breath and edema,the treatment groups outperformed with the control group (P<0.05).There are no significant difference in frequent micturition,frequent urination at night, the defecate deformed,and pale complexion.About the total score in symptom improvement, both groups could improve symptom after the treatment process (P<0.05),the two treament groups are better than the control group in total score of symptom improvement after treatment.There is few difference between the two treament groups in the total score in symptom improvement after treatment process.Laboratory object:The three groups have improvement in reducing urine protein quantitative after treatment process (P<0.05),and the treatment groups have a better improvement than the control group (P<0.05),and the two treament groups have no difference in reducing urine protein quantitative after treatment; Conclusion:the method treating chronic nephritis with acupoint application can obviously improve the symptom of albuminuria and effect on symptom.
