Under the guidance of public administration, public services, basic theory, the paper selected management issues of maternal and child health institutions for the study, the use of literature, social investigation, data analysis and other methods, to understand the basic situation of maternal and child health agency management, explore and improve maternal and child health new ways of organization management. In this paper, the basic status of maternal and child health agency management to analyze, since the founding of New China on the one hand certainly MCH institutions to manage the overall good condition, increasing capital investment, the ability to continue to improve maternal and child health services, maternal and child health agencies regional standardization building steadily; On the other hand, the government agency managing the process of maternal and child health on maternal and child health institutions appear inadequate investment; lower overall quality of maternal and child health agency personnel, lack of professionals; maternal and child health services lack of standardized management; Maternal and Child Health Services Resource big difference; health education activity has not been enough attention on issues such as research, thinking and misunderstanding exists MCH institutional development, the legal cause of the problem of lack of geographical and regional differences in maternal and child health cause analysis.This paper developed advanced methods to fully draw the United States, Sweden, Australia, etc., combined with the actual situation of maternal and child health institutions to manage the proposed increase government financial support:maternal and child health organizations to establish a stable compensation mechanism, adhere to MCH nonprofit organization management; strengthening the institutional infrastructure MCH:maternal and child health infrastructure to enhance capacity, improve maternal and child health resource utilization efficiency; attention to maternal and child health personnel training:Strengthen the construction of maternal and child health personnel, specialist construction, improve maternal and child health personnel training management mechanism; innovation maternal and child health care model:change MCH agency management philosophy, and actively explore new MCH management and service model; enhance maternal and child health services management: specification development and revision of maternal and child health services, strengthen primary health care services for network construction, defining service areas of maternal and child adjustment the internal structure of health care institutions; balancing resources MCH services:enhancing primary and central and western MCH institutional capacity building to promote maternal and child health project resource leveling; extensive health education activities, combined with the flexibility to carry out cultural practices around the countermeasure activities. Aims to strengthen the management of maternal and child health institutions, to further regulate the construction and development of maternal and child health institutions to promote maternal and child health agency management more scientific, standardized and effective, so that the maternal and child health services more accessible, accessibility, fairness and sustainability, reducing the rate of infant and maternal mortality, and ultimately to improve the health of women and children, to achieve the purpose of physical and mental health of women and children.
