ObjectiveThe percutaneous hepatic abscess with traditional methods of treating liver abscess treatment under ultrasound guidance compared to the best way to explore two kinds of treatment of bacterial liver abscess. And through the study of two surgical procedures for the effectiveness of care, to explore possible influence of ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage cost factors, focuses on the relationship between all relevant variables and length of stay, total hospital expenses, find out cause of hospitalization Japan, the total cost of hospitalization increased specific variables and factors established models. Finally, from the perspective of nursing management, provide the theoretical basis for the surgical treatment of the effective control of bacterial liver abscess select the preferred surgical and medical care costs.MethodsA retrospective analysis, the rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria, and ultimately in our hospital between January 1, 2011 to 31 December 2013, pyogenic liver abscess liver disease in patients admitted to a total of 200 cases randomness will be divided into observation group and control group, each of 100 cases. Control group using traditional open surgery method, the patient’s abscess incision and drainage, and the observation group uses ultrasound-guided percutaneous to treat liver abscess. Former patients to be discharged, the situation between the two groups of patients with efficacy, including the number of cases of clinical cure patients, the number of cases and other complications, the two groups of patients care performance indicators, including body temperature returned to normal after time, WBC normal time postoperative ambulation time, the drainage tube removal time, postoperative suture removal time, a nursing time. And through the establishment of a database, the basic situation in which the patient’s input, processing and analysis of statistics, while further establishing multiple regression model for ultrasound-guided therapy with conventional methods of treating liver abscess patients were hospitalized and the total cost of hospitalization days The main factors affecting the comparative analysis, the final results, and propose improvements.ResultsThe two groups were age, gender, medical history, family background, education, marital status, etc. as well as statistics, analysis and processing statistical results, the use of P values, and discovered that P> 0.05, therefore, there was no significant difference between having some comparability. The treatment results were statistically analyzed two groups of patients, found that the use of ultrasound-guided percutaneous treatment of liver abscess patients in the observation group, the effect of the situation is significantly better than the use of traditional methods of treatment of liver abscess laparotomy patients in the control group, postoperative the recovery time, the patient’s stitches time, extubation time have significantly earlier than the control group, compared to the more obvious differences. Adverse situation after two groups of patients after surgery, a statistical analysis, there have been 27 cases in the control group of patients suffering from a variety of different types of hair complications, while only two cases of the observation group. Therefore, from a certain point of view can explain the observation group security operation is better, the patient’s risk of infection is greatly reduced. Finally, the hospital costs and length of stay for each patient’s overall statistics, and under different variables, including gender, the cost of payment, such as hospitalization distribution date, its various statistical processing and analysis using the t test values, as well as rank and inspection, normal distribution relationship between observed variables and multivariate regression equations, draw and two for overall hospital costs and length of stay of different variables influencing factors, length of stay of patients in the observation group and summarize the overall cost of hospitalization to be significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05), a statistically significant difference.ConclusionUltrasound-guided percutaneous liver abscess treatments, than conventional methods of treatment of liver abscess effect is more significant, it can be seen from the data shown, patients receiving ultrasound-guided percutaneous treatment, clinical cure a higher number of cases, complications occur less number of cases. The effectiveness of the two groups in the care of patients, is still accepting patients with ultrasound-guided percutaneous treatment, shorter hospital stay, faster recovery of the body, and hospitalized patients spend less. Ultrasound-guided percutaneous liver abscess treatment methods in clinical quality is a new and effective approach, which should cause great concern to the majority of health workers. Meanwhile, the total cost for hospitalized patients should be treated as a further control, which focused on the patient’s drug spending, spending material utensils, the hospital should be combined with the country’s laws and regulations, reasonable arrangements for patients with medication, especially some of the imported materials and drugs, avoid the abuse of antibiotics. Of course, for the suppression of drug prices artificially high costs, a reasonable standard to drug use, to reduce the burden on patients, reduce total cost of hospitalization of patients, government agencies, and we need everyone to work together.
