Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Community Health Service In Haicheng District Of Beihai

Community health service is an important part of community construction. In the comprehensive construction well-off society and accelerating socialist modernization construction new period, developing community health service becomes and important channel of rational health resources allocation. Because of the lack of sound, perfect community health service institution, many residents have to go to large hospital for common disease and frequently-occurring disease, which could be solved by grassroots community health agencies. Especially the gradually deepening of the reform of urban medical system, the urban is building new medical system that adapted to marketing economy mechanism. In this case, the residents need a budget-priced and practical health services system urgently. Taking Beihai community health service as an example, this paper expounds the current situation of the development of local community health service, analysis the existent problems and reasons, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.This paper reviews the background of the development of urban community health services in China firstly. It expounds theoretical basis for community health service development in theory and practice, gradually deepens the understanding of the purpose and significance of the development. Secondly, it discusses the current situation of community health service in Haicheng district, and the practical problems existing in the local community health service:the community health service system is not perfect, the community health service development is not balance, service ability of staffs in community health service institutions is insufficiency, the facilities and equipment of community health service is imperfect, community health service propaganda is not enough, etc. It sums up the reason of bound of conservative sense, influence of economy development, lack of medical resources superiority resources supply, and puts forward the countermeasures of improving level of urban community health. And then reaches the purpose of perfecting the community health service system, making the residents convenient for treatment and raising the level of their mental and physical health.
