Abstract/Summary:
Objective:The research for the distribution and impact study of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, TCM syndrome factors, traditional TCM objective, quantitative, and analysis of TCM syndromes and gender, age, course of disease, diet, occupation, heavy metal contact with iron deficiency anemia and other factors involved in the existence of the correlation, and to provide evidence for the prevention of chronic atrophic gastritis and combination of TCM and Western medicine. Methods:Sorting and summarized based on the classic literature of TCM study and literature on TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of guidance, combined with clinical experience and mentor, to develop "chronic atrophic gastritis syndromes questionnaire", and the Beijing city traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xuanwu from October to 2014 during the 2013 March outpatient and hospitalized patients eligible CAG patients were investigated, the establishment of database were collected the basic information and TCM syndrome data, using statistical methods, summarized, the relationship between the distribution characteristic of TCM syndrome of CAG and syndromes and sex, age, course of disease, diet, atrophy and other related factors. Results:In the 100 cases,45 cases of male (45%),55 cases were female (55%), between men and women is 1:1.22; with the youngest 29 years old, the oldest 80 years old, the average age was 59.53+12.07 years, course of disease for the years January-50. CAG patients are divided into atrophy in 88 cases (88%), including 31 cases of mild to moderate (35.2%),40 cases (45.5%),17 severe cases (19.3%).64 cases of intestinal metaplasia (64%), including 32 cases of mild to moderate (50%),20 cases (31.3%), 12 severe cases (18.7%).22 cases of atypical hyperplasia (22%), including 11 cases of mild to moderate (50%),7 cases (31.8%),4 severe cases (18.1%). TCM syndrome differentiation of type six, stagnated heat of liver and stomach syndrome accounted for the largest proportion,26%, followed by the stomach meridian blood stasis (19%), liver qi stagnation syndrome (18%), stomach yin deficiency syndrome (17%), spleen stomach damp heat syndrome (11%), weakness of the spleen and stomach in the smallest proportion,9%. There is a certain correlation between the age, course of disease in patients with TCM syndrome type distribution. Liver qi stagnation syndrome is more common in young people, middle-aged patients with common syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach, and the stomach meridian blood stasis in elderly patients as the main groups. Liver qi stagnation syndrome and stagnated heat of liver and stomach syndrome, spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of short duration, and the weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome, stomach yin deficiency, stomach meridian blood stasis of the duration of the elderly. Conclusions:In the observation of the clinical, CAG of stagnated heat in liver and stomach will be accounted for the largest proportion, followed by the stomach meridian bloo d stasis, qi stagnation in liver and stomach, stomach yin deficiency syndrome, spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of spleen stomach deficiency, less. CAG TCM syndromes have correlation with age and course of disease.
