| Purpose:The experimental study takes H22 tumor-burdened mice caused low immune fuction by cyclophosphamide(CY) chemotherapy as the experimental model, observing the adjust function of the flavored angelica blood decoction on the tumor-burdened mice after chemotherapy, comparising the therapy effect of flavored angelica soup that three doses of high medium and low provided the basis for clinical application.Method:Taking H22 tumor-burdened mice s left lower abdominal cavity injected cyclophosphamide as animal model.60 kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, namely blank control group, tumor-burdened groups, model group and groups of flavored angelica blood tonic soup of high, medium and low doses. Using flow cytometry to detect the T lymphocyte subsets that CD3+ã€CD4+ã€CD8+ã€CD4/+CD8. Adopting automatic analyzer urinalysis performed testing the level of RBC WBC and Hb. Determing lymphocyte proliferation by MTT, detecting IL-2, EPO, activity of G-CSF by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent.Result:1. compared the tumor-burdened groups with the blank group, every test indexes decreased, there are significant difference s(P< 0.01) show building successfully,2. compared the model group with the tumor-burdened group, every test indexes decreased, there are significant difference s(P<0.01); 3.compared with the model group the groups of flavored angelica blood tonic soup of every dose can improve the level of RBC, WBC and Hb in the peripheral blood, the differences have the significant of statistically(P<0.05) the effect of medium dose is the best(P<0.01); 4.compared with the model group, the groups of flavored angelica blood tonic soup of every dose improve the concentration of G-CSF, EPO after the CY chemotherapy, achieving the appreciation of hematopoietic progenitor cells so as to improve the level of bone marrow suppression of peripheral blood after chemotherapy, the differences have the significant of statistically(P<0.05) the effect of medium dose is the best(P<0.01); 5.compared with the model group the groups of flavored angelica blood tonic soup of every dose improve the mice serum IL-2 and T lymphocyte subsets imbalance state after chemotherapy, so as to improve the immune function of mice after chemotherapy, the difference have the significant of statistically(P<0.05) the effect of medium dose is the best(P<0.01).Conclusion:every dose of flavored angelica blood tonic soup can effectively inhibit the CY bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy and the side effects of immunosuppression thus improve the immune function, the effect of medium dose is the best. |
