| Purpose:To investigate the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction extracted by different methods on anemia model mice induced by chemotherapy, in order to select effects extraction with the best biological.Material and method:The mice anemia model were established by cyclophosphamide chemotherapy. The mice in normal group, model group were by gavage given distilled water, and those in each treatment groups were given Danggui Buxue Decoction extracted by different methods for14days. Peripheral blood counting instrument was used to count blood cell, the ELISA was used to test concentrations of IL-2,EPO and TGF-β1of the bone marrow and the EPO concentration of the kidney.Results:1. Danggui Buxue Decoctions extracted by different methods all increased cell counting of peripheral blood (P<0.05), the effect of chloroform group was better than those of other drug groups.2. Danggui Buxue Decoctions extracted by different methods all increased IL-2but reduced TGF-β1concentration of the blood marrow (P<0.05), the effect of chloroform group was better than those of other drug groups.3. Danggui Buxue Decoctions extracted by different methods all increased erythropoietin (EPO) and the EPO of the kidney (P<0.05), the effect of chloroform group was better than those of other drug groups.Conclusion:1. Danggui Buxue Decoctions extracted by different methods all have protective effect in different degrees to anemia model mice induced by chemotherapy. 2. Danggui Buxue Decoctions extracted by different methods all have protective effect in different degrees to anemia model mice induced by chemotherapy. The possible mechanism may be that it increases the marrow IL-2, EPO and the EPO concentration of the kidney, degrees TGF-β1of the bone marrow concentration so as to protect the medullary hematopoiesic function.3. Chloroform extracted liquid and four kinds of liquid left after extracting by the four methods for Danggui Buxue Decoction have better biological effects. |
