Clinical Research On Lumbar Disc Herniation Useing Osteopathy Treatment Of Li Tendons Adjust Bent And Acupuncture

Purpose: Clinical Research on Lumbar Disc Herniation useing Osteopathy Treatment of Li tendons Adjust Bent and Acupuncture,investigate the efficacy and importance of this therapy.Method: 60 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation clinical study,60 patients were randomized using statistical methods.Observation group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients in the observation group:The osteopathic tendon Tune method combined with acupuncture treatment;control group:the use of acupuncture for treatment,patients in both groups once daily treatment to 10 days for a course of treatment,after a course of treatment,the total efficiency of contrast observation group and control group.Recorded and compared two groups of patients before and after treatment,and visual analog scale(VAS) one month after the end of treatment follow-up,the Chinese version of the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),analysis of osteopathic tendon Tune method combined with acupuncture treatment of lumbar The clinical value of disc herniation.Result: Observation group 30 cases,19 cases effective,efficient 63.3%;control group of 30 cases,effective in 9 cases,30.0% efficiency.Efficiency higher than the observation group.Two groups of patients after treatment visual analog scale(VAS) and the Chinese version of the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01), while observing the group scores were significantly lower than the control group,indicating that the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).End of two groups of patients one month after the visual analog scale(VAS) and the Chinese version of the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),no significant difference was observed after treatment group than in the control group score higher than after treatment(P>0.05),reliminary Osteopathy confirmed tendon Tune method combined with acupuncture can prevent the recurrence of lumbar disc herniation.Conclusion: Both treatments can relieve pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation,lumbar function extent alleviate barriers and observation group was higher.But in terms of long-term effect:VAS and ODI observation group than the control group,it can be seen in the prevention of relapse in this regard,osteopath tendon Tune method combined with acupuncture treatment better.
