Purpose: from the relevant organs, organs based on coherent, asthma and viscera fire correlation, by applying positive oral stop wheezing Decoction in treatment of acute exacerbation of asthma( II, moderate) clinical observation, validation of asthma from fire on the treatment of the feasibility study in the pathogenesis of asthma, and treatment aspects of the new way.Methods: 72 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly sampled and group therapy, the establishment of positive oral stop wheezing Decoction Dingchuan Decoction for treatment group, control group curative effect contrast. The two groups were spare salbutamol sulfate aerosol, patients cannot tolerate the panting and oppressed, may at any time to breath, and jet number evaluation of effects of two groups. The two groups before and after treatment, symptoms, signs and the application of salbutamol sulfate times improve the condition carries on the contrast, analysis of the curative effect of treatment group and control group, to determine whether the project feasibility.Results: the treatment group in the total efficiency was 88.24%, the control group in the overall efficiency of 69.70%,( P<0.05), prompting the treated group was better than control group. Through clinical observation found in the treatment group can significantly alleviate the patient breathing, wheezing. Sound and other symptoms, while the control group was not.Conclusion: acute exacerbation of asthma( II, moderate) and viscera fire are correlated, acute exacerbation of asthma treatment on correct and feasible from the fire.
