Treatment group plus Huashitongluo soup fumigation treatment on the basis of the routine treatment;control group plus warm water fumigation treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment, through the contrast analysis comparison the changes of the disease.Result: After 16 weeks of standard treatment,treatment group TCM syndrome integral was obviously improved and Statistically significant(P < 0.05), Comprehensive curative effect in treatment group total effective rate was 70%,the control group total effective rate was 50%, curative effect differences between the two groups is meaningful for through comparing of medical statistics(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huashitongluo soup external use fumigation can effectively improve hot and humid trapped spleen, vein blood stasis resistance syndrome diabetic foot symptoms in patients,and rare side effects and adverse reactions,high cost performance and use simple,Have clinical application value.
