The Clinical Research Of Fumigation And Washing With Tongbi Decoction And Acupuncture For Treating Diabetic Foot Leve 0 (The Two Deficiency Qi And Yin, Phlegm And Blood Stasis Resistance Network Card)

Purpose: Using the unique treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.By observing the tong bi soup fumigation combined acupuncture in patients with diabetic foot level 0(the two deficiency qi and Yin,phlegm and blood stasis resistance network card),make the objectivity of research,to tong bi soup fumigation combined acupuncture clinical curative effect for the treatment of diabetic foot.Method: This study included 60 patients with diabetic foot,derived from changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and inpatient endocrine therapy area.Patients in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,after screening using randomized controlled methods,it can be divided into control group30 cases and treatment group 30 cases.Control group given basic treatment + armor cobalt amine oral treatment,treatment group given basic treatment + soup fumigation certification with acupuncture therapy,2 weeks for a period of treatment,after two course of observations.Trial in patients with close monitoring of the clinical curative effect of before and after treatment,after record statistical evaluation.Result: By two treatment courses of clinical observation,found that the treatment group and control group results: the total effectiveness respectively is 86.67%,73.33%,two groups of curative effect of comparative two groups of curative effect comparison(P < 0.05)difference is statistically significant,and the treatment group on the clinical curative effect is better than the control group.Finally determine tong bi soup fumigation with acupuncture treatment has obvious curative effect in clinic.Conclusion: Through polioplus partners soup fumigation combined acupuncture treatment of diabetic foot(two deficiency qi and Yin,phlegm wet resistance network card)the clinical curative effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and have a certain lowering blood sugar,blood fat index level;In patients with diabetic foot could improve the nerve conduction velocity,blood vessels;Characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with diabetic foot and the related test results;No obvious adverse reactions.
