Clinical Observation On Jiawei Xian Fang Huoming Decoction External Use For Wagner Ⅰ～Ⅱ Degree Damp-heat Syndrome Diabetic Foot

Objects: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xianfang Huoming Decoction in the tre-atment of patients with Ⅰ～Ⅱ degree damp-heatsyndrome diabetic foot and comprehensively comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Xianfang Huoming Decoction for the treatment of diabetic foot,which Providing more effective methods for TCM treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods: Seventy patients who were admitted to Yinchuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of patients.The two groups of patients signed the informed consent form before treatment.Each group were treated with diabetes diet,blood sugar control,smoking cessation and alcohol withdrawal,basic disinfection of wounds and debridement treatment.For patients with high blood pressure and high blood lipids,antihypertensive and hypolipidemic treatments are performed,and those with ulcers are infected with anti-infective treatment.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Xianfang Huoming Decoction powder,and the control group was treated with Qufu Shengji Ointment.Both groups were changed once a day for 28 days.Wound area,depth,ulcer exudate,granulation growth,degree of pain,local skin temperature and skin color were recorded on day 1 and day 28.Blood samples,urine routine,stool routine,liver and kidney function were measured before and after treatment.They were scored after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results: After 28 days treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%,an the total effective rate of the control group was 82.86%.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving ulcer area,ulcer depth,wound exudate,skin temperature,skin color and pain and,and the difference was statistically significant.No skin redness,blisters,itching,pain or other discomfort,no paleness,dyspnea,no nausea or vomiting were observed in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: Drink flavored Xian Fang live topical treatment of Wagner Ⅰ～Ⅱ and h poison diabetes foot effect is good,flavored Xian Fang live drink can promote the local blood circulation,improve microcirculation dysfunction.It can reduce wound seepage,prevent wound rot and promote decaying flesh,promote granulation growth,shrink wound area,improve local skin temperature and alleviate pain.
