A Research Of 227 Vertigo (Hypertension) Patients Based On The Theory Of " Preventive Treatment Of Disease" Of TCM

Purposes:To know the cognition situation of the Vertigo (hypertension disease) patients of Yongchang community, Chaoyang District, Changchun in controlling the disease in TCM through literature research and survey, to analysis the reason of different cognition level of patients in Vertigo(hypertension disease) and combines the theory of "Preventive treatment of disease" in TCM to find the solution, to inquiry the effective application in community’s prevention and cure of Vertigo (hypertension disease)in TCM, to give the patients right of health guide and science propaganda, to prevent or delay occurrence of hypertension disease in this community.Method:1.May 2014 to give out 15 questionnaires randomly to the patients of the out-patient department, Affiliated hospital to Changchun University of traditional Chinese and the out-patient department of Health Service Center, Yongchang Community in Changchun. Recover 15 and the recovery is 100%. After the analysis then modify questions appropriately.2. June 2014 to December 2014, through survey methods, mainly the form of key investigation, the ordinary patients at the Community Health Center clinic volunteered to join my questionnaire and recycled on the spot.3.We put survey data into Excel 2007 and SPSS 19.0 software was applied for statistical treatment. Statistical methods using cross analysis, variance analysis, combining the statistical description and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of vertigo (hypertension) awareness of frequency distribution, using the frequency analysis, comparison between qualitative data set by chi-square test, the quantitative data set between the rank and inspection of different gender.4. According to the survey, and combines the theory of "Preventive treatment of disease" in TCM to find the solution, to inquiry the effective application in prevention and cure of Vertigo (hypertension disease)in TCM.Result:1.238 questionnaires were sent out, and automatically drop off 7, and finally recycle 231 and the recovery rate is 97.06%, null questionnaire 4 and finally a total of 227 valid questionnaires were received.2. Objectively and subjectively respondents cognitive level is poorer, the cognition to the prevention and control of hypertension is poor.3. Different age, and whether has hypertension, and education, and months income and career in TCM based knowledge and Vertigo (hypertension disease) control cognitive score are exists statistics differences (P<0.05), different gender cognitive score not exists statistics differences (P>0.05); different education in objective problem accuracy are exists statistics differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Strengthen vertigo (hypertension) knowledge about prevention and treatment of TCM education, improve their literacy excluded misconceptions inherent of Chinese medicine, combined with Preventive treatment of disease" in TCM theory and attempts to diversify its advocacy work.2. Focus on innateness eating patterns, emotional control, exercise, blood pressure monitoring, stroke risk and impact particularly in patients over 40 years old should pay more attention to regulating kidney essence.3. The disease should follow the "supplying deficiency and expelling excess"regulation of yin and Yang" Vertigo treatment of TCM, focus on contact with organs, promote user-friendly feature of TCM prevention and cure methods, the key is efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to be recognized by patients.4. Strengthen communities in low-income, poorly educated, people with higher age, retirees Vertigo disease before anti-Chinese medicine education.
