The Comprehensive Study Of Current Situation And Prospection For The Development Of Preventive Treatment Of Disease In Guangdong Hospitals

Preventive Treatment of Disease health project was launched in 2007 by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Guangdong Province which is one of the first batch of pilot health project provinces in China, has been implemented the Preventive Treatment of Disease pilot project in 30 units launched of its 11 cities. The satisfaction survey which used Questionnaires, expert interviews, statistical analysis and other research methods., conducted in 474 people of 17 hospitals that carried out Preventive Treatment of Disease project in Guangdong Province. The survey carried out to study the development of relevant policies and measures to provide work experience and evidence, and to explore the building preventive health care service system approach.The survey results showed that:At present, all major hospitals to carry out the pilot healthy Chinese characteristics, both with the Chinese in all aspects of health intervention. The number of people receiving the service is also less than normal, services, revenues did not meet expectations. In the technical personnel and medical equipment, pilot hospitals in the top three levels, dimethyl-level hospitals have a distinct advantage. However, the staff of private hospitals and integrated resource inputs in some more. This makes their preventive health care services to attract more people.By service providers from the satisfaction survey, service use are on the attitude of medical personnel, exchange of technology and interpretation of the most satisfied. The pilot service use by the convenience of hospital services, waiting time, service richness and service prices are the most dissatisfied. Between different levels of hospital service use by employees of private and integrated pilot hospitals the highest overall satisfaction, while the top three levels of pilot hospitals the lowest overall satisfaction.The author believes that, the relevant government departments can continue to refine the perfect setting Chinese medical subjects, fees and health insurance policies, such as supporting the Preventive Treatment of Disease project. The preventive health services into public health services among the relevant policy-making.
