The Clinical Study Of Frontal Cluster Needling Combined With Music Rehabilitation Therapy On Post Stroke Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of frontal cluster needling combined with music therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression,and provide a more effective treatment for patients with post-stroke depression.Methods:62 cases according to the inclusion criteria of patients with depression after stroke,using the method of randomized,divided into control group,treatment group and control group in the basic treatment based on the treatment given medicine sertraline 50 mg/d morning service.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated by the method of frontal region cluster needling combined with music rehabilitation therapy.Treatment 1 times a day,days a week for 6 days,1 days of rest,continuous treatment for 8 weeks,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the Chinese medicine syndrome Depression Scale for efficacy analysis.Results:1.The comparison of the scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment HAMD score and TCM syndrome group(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant,indicating the extent and symptoms of depression treatment of the two groups can improve patients after stroke;2.The comparison of the scores of two groups of patients with HAMD score and TCM syndrome group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of post stroke depression and the degree of symptoms,and the treatment group than the control group;3.Comparative efficacy of depression and TCM symptoms after treatment in two groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group and the control group has a definite therapeutic effect on depression after stroke,and the effect of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:The frontal region cluster acupuncture and music rehabilitation therapy combined with oral administration of Western medicine to sertraline,depression and symptoms of stagnation of liver qi depression improved after stroke,and the curative effect is better than pure western medicine oral sertraline.
