Objective:The Pur Pose of this investigation is to ex Plore the correlation among TCM syndromes and Pathogenesis factors and TCM constitutions in the late menstrual Period.So that it can a PPly in clinical Practice better.Methods:In the form of questionnaire survey,relevant clinical data of Patients with late menstruation and healthy women with normal menstruation were collected and analyzed statistically.Results:1.Related factors:Com Pared in BMI,WHR,the age of menarche,the number of Pregnancies,induced abortions,the number of uterine o Perations,slee P quality,diet,mood,life Pressure,mother's late menstruation,exercise,history of weight loss,cold stimulation during menstruation,P < 0.05.They were com Pared in marital status,sexual history,the number of births,smoking,drinking,P>0.05?2.TCM syndrome ty Pe:In order of frequency:Kidney deficiency syndrome 61(30%),Phlegm and dam Pness syndrome 40(20%),qi stagnation syndrome 39(19%),blood cold syndrome 33(17%),blood deficiency syndrome 27(13%).3.TCM constitution:In this survey,The late menstrual Period grou P:moderate quality37 Peo Ple(18.5%),biased constitution 163 Peo Ple(81.5%).The frequency of major bias constitution is arranged in order of high and low : The Case grou P:Yang deficiency quality(24.5%),Phlegm and humidity quality(27.2%),qi stagnation quality(14.7%),qi deficiency quality(14.1%),blood stasis quality(11.1%),Yin deficiency quality(9.2%),dam P and hot quality(6.1%),s Pecial re Port quality(3.1%).The Control grou P:qi deficiency quality(29.8%),Yang deficiency quality(24.0%),qi stagnation quality(13.5%),Yin deficiency quality(12.5%),Phlegm and wet quality(9.6%),dam P and hot quality(5.8%),s Pecial re Port on qi deficiency quality(2.9%),blood stasis quality(1.9%).Com Pared in the distribution of the Gentle tem Perament,the Biased constitution and the Primary bias constitution,P < 0.05.4.Correlation analysis:4.1 Postmenstrual syndrome and constitution : com Pared the Syndrome and the common bias constitution,P < 0.05.4.2 Syndrome and related factors :The age of menarche,ANOVO:F=7.096,P=0.000<0.05.Pairwise,Kidney deficiency is older than blood cold syndrome(P < 0.05),The menarche age of blood cold syndrome was com Pared with the other four syndromes is the oldest(P < 0.05).Com Pared with WHR,BMI,life stress and exercise,total number of miscarriage,cold stimulation during menstruation,late menstruation of the mother,P < 0.05,Diet,slee P quality,weight loss,mood,number of Pregnancies,number of uterine cavity o Perations,P >0.05.Related factors of kidney deficiency syndrome: the age of menarche(OR=1.671,P=0.002<0.05),The regression coefficient B of menarche age was Positive.Factors related to blood cold syndrome:cold stimulation during menarche(1)(OR=3.934,P=0.004<0.05),its OR and 95%CI were 3.934(1.569,9.869)com Pared with no cold stimulation during menarche.Related factors of blood deficiency syndrome: The number of miscarriages(OR=2.007,P=0.002<0.05),and the regression coefficient B was Positive.Related factors of qi stagnation syndrome: Life Pressure(1)(OR=4.227,P=0.040<0.05),95%CI(3.209,45.899);Life Pressure(2)(OR=12.109,P=0.000<0.05),95%CI(3.209,45.899);Physical activity(2)(OR=14.792,P=0.015<0.05),95%CI(1.678,130.382).Factors associated with Phlegm and dam Pness syndrome:WHR(P=0.021 < 0.05),exercise(1)(OR=0.030,P=0.001 < 0.05),95%CI(0.007,0.130);Exercise(2)(OR=0.012,P=0.000 < 0.05),95%CI(0.002,0.067).Conclusion:1.Related factors : BMI,WHR,intrauterine o Peration times,abortion times,age of menarche,life Pressure is too much or too large and bad mood,diet,Poor slee P,family genetic history,may induce or aggravate the late menstrual Period.Regular exercise may reduce the risk of late menstruation.However,marital status,sexual life,number of Pregnancies,number of births,education level,occu Pation,smoking,drinking,coldstimulation during menstruation,contrace Ptive methods and the occurrence of late menstrual Period had no significant correlation.2.TCM syndrome ty Pes: Kidney deficiency syndrome is the most common,blood deficiency syndrome is the least.3.TCM constitution: The distribution ratio of the control grou P was larger than that of the case grou P.Most of the two grou Ps had two or more constitutions at the same time.In this investigation,the main constitution of the case grou P was the most Yang deficiency quality,and the combination of biased constitution Phlegm and dam Pness was the most.The control grou P had the most qi-asthenia quality and the most qi-stagnation quality.4.Correlation:Kidney deficiency: The main constitution of the Patients with kidney deficiency syndrome wasqi deficiency quality,the age of menarche was Positively correlated with kidney deficiency syndrome,and the age of menarche of kidney deficiency syndrome was larger than the other four syndromes.Blood cold syndrome:The age of menarche was negatively correlated with the blood cold syndrome.There is a greater risk of blood cold syndrome caused by cold stimulation during menstruation than without cold stimulation.Blood deficiency syndrome: The number of abortion was Positively correlated with blood deficiency syndrome.Qi stagnation syndrome:It is suggested that the risk of qi stagnation caused by life Pressure is greater than that caused by life Pressure,and the risk of qi stagnation caused by regular exercise is smaller than that caused by almost no exercise.Phlegm dam Pness syndromes: WHR was Positively correlated with Phlegm and dam Pness,and both regular exercise and occasional exercise had a lower risk of Phlegm and dam Pness than almost no exercise.
