| Objective:Observe the the change of Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and objective indicators before and after the treatment, with the ear pressure combined Xiao Jian Zhong capsules in treatment spleen and stomach deficient cold type stomach pain, discuss the curative effect and possible principle of this method, and provide theoretical foundation for this therapy.Methods:1.60 cases of Chinese medicine diagnose spleen and stomach deficient cold type epigastric pain, western medicine diagnose chronic gastritis patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, both have 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with ear pressure combined Xiao Jian Zhong capsules, the control group was only treated by Xiao Jian Zhong capsules.2. The ear pressure in treatment group choose the Spleen, Stomach, Duodenum, Liver, Pi Men, Subcortical, Sympathetic total 7 points, stick cowherb seed, press 3 times a day, both two group oral take Xiao Jian Zhong capsules 3 times a day,3 pills at a time. Both groups comprised 4 weeks as a course.3. After the treatment observe the symptom scores, helicobacter pylori positive results, gastric mucosa situation under endoscope and clinical curative effect situation.Results:By observe the change of two groups,1. Curative effect:The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was83.33%, and the control group was70.00%, clinical curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to control group with statistically significant(P<0.05).2. Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score:The symptom curative effect of treatment group was 83.33%, and the control group was 70.00%, symptom curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3. Objective indicators:Both two groups’symptom scores, helicobacter pylori positive results, gastric mucosa situation under endoscope after treatment has obviously improved, and the treatment group have better improvement, with statistical significance, the relapse rate within 2 months of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Ear pressure combined Xiao Jian Zhong capsules is an effective method for treatment of spleen and stomach deficient cold type stomach pain have better effect than the control group.2. Ear pressure combined Xiao Jian Zhong capsules can inhibit helicobacter pylori and improve the gastric mucosa situation of patients.3. Ear pressure combined Xiao Jian Zhong capsules have effect in inhibit helicobacter pylori.4. Ear pressure therapy is easy to learn and practice. |
