Objective:The study was proposed to measure chromosome abnormalities and discuss the association with other clinical features. Methods:Thirty six confirmed cases of CLL were detected by retrospective analysis. CSP12 (+12),ATM (11q22.3),RB1 (13q14),P53 (17p13.1) to detect cytogenetic abnormalities. Results:Chromosome abnormalities were found in 7 of 36 CLL patients by conve-ntional cytogenetics, Among 36 case of CLL. The chromosome abnormalities inclu-ded Del (17p) in 2 case, Del (13q) in 13 case, Del (11q) in 1 case,+12 in 5 case, complex abnormalities in 3 case. According to diverse prognosis we devid-ed CLL patients into three groups, normal karyotype and Del (13q) belonged to 1-ow risk group,+12 belonged to median risk group, Del (11q), Del (17p) and complex abnormalities belongded to high risk group. The results showed that the a-bnormalities was association with CD38 (r=0.702, P<0.01), ZAP-70 (r=0.68, P <0.01), Ki-67 (r=0.46, P=0.005), Rai staging (r=0.38, P=0.02) and there was s-tatistically significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:1) FISH is a advanced technique for detection of CLL.2) Del (llq), Del (17p),Del (13q),+12 are common chromosome abnormalities.3) The chro-mosome abnormalities is association with Rai staging, CD38, ZAP-70, Ki-67.
