Objective:The after exhaustive exercise in college students of applied alternating hot and cold therapy, acupuncture at Zusanli and active stretch intervention. By testing of blood lactic acid, relative peak torque, average power, fatigue coefficient and the right leg around the change of explore applied alternating hot and cold therapy, acupuncture at Zusanli and active stretch intervention with respect to the test object during supine rest of sport fatigue elimination comparison;study of alternating hot and cold therapy, acupuncture at Zusanli method and active stretching exercise to promote exercise fatigue elimination;comparison search for hot and cold alternating therapy and acupuncture at Zusanli and active stretching method to promote the elimination of sports fatigue effect of the intervention. To provide references for future research。Methods:This experiment in College(Wuhan Institute of physical education, Faculty of health sciences students) as subjects, subjects 12 people.The whole process is divided into four cycles, each cycle in force exhaust 10 min after exercise, applied different intervention, respectively: movement after supine rest and after exercise were self drafting, exercise after acupuncture at Zusanli, movement after applying alternating hot and cold therapy.Are called: supine rest, drafting intervention, intervention and intervention of acupuncture and. The total blood lactic acid, relative peak torque, average power, fatigue coefficient and the circumference of the right leg were measured at each trial of 12 persons.Specific test method as the test object in the power cycling of one-time high strength exercise, respectively in quiet and movement immediately after exercise, 5min, intervention 5min, intervention 20 min determination test object of blood lactic acid content, and were measured in quiet state, after exercise relative peak torque of the immediate and intervention for 20 min, average power, fatigue coefficient and the right leg circumference.The supine rest without intervention, drafting intervention into the lower limb motion of active stretch, the time is 20 min, hot and cold intervention that after training with 0 degrees of ice and water mixture and 50 degrees hot compress bag were deposited with the thigh quadriceps, cold therapy and hot therapy every 5 min, then the alternate, alternating hot and cold treatment for 20 min. Acupuncture at Zusanli, alternating hot and cold and drawing three groups of experiment results in intervention for 5min and intervention for 20 min compared to supine rest group blood lactate levels have significant difference.In intervention 20 min acupuncture, hot and cold, and drawing three groups of data on the relative peak torque and average po wer and fatigue coefficient data and supine rest results were compared with significant difference.compared in leg circumference in the supine rest results had no significant difference.2. Acupuncture intervention, alternating hot and cold intervention and drafting intervention three sets of test data compared with no obvious difference.Conclusion: 1.Through the comparison of the data shows that the elimination of acupuncture, alternating therapy and active stretching helps after exercise fatigue.2.Acupuncture at Zusanli, alternating hot and cold therapy and active stretching between the three groups to promote exercise fatigue elimination effect is no significant difference.
