| Objective:Through the observation of Liangxuebasheng Decoction in the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD) clinical effect of adult Patients, to study the efficacy of supplemente Liangxuebasheng Decoction on the disease lesions, clinical efficacy, and analyze the impact on quality of life.Methods:Caseswere selectedfromthe Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from 2013 June to 2014 September,64 cases of patients, randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group completed the treatment in 30 cases. The control group completed the treatment of 30 cases, including 4 cases in the observation shed. The treatment group was given Liangxuebasheng Decoction for eight students, each 150ml,2 times a day, after meals; while the control group was treated with Runzaozhiyang capsule,4 capsules each time,3 times a day, after meals, and at the same time, two groups of common topical moisturizing emollients jade body lotion.1 period of treatment 4 weeks, observe 2 treatment course. After the end of treatment, control group two patients were SCORAD score, clinical symptoms and quality of life to improve the situation, and the data processing, statistical analysis.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group (eight students of cooling blood soup) the total score of SCORAD was (20.80±12.24), control group (Runzao Zhiyang CaPsule) the total score of SCORAD was (32.69±12.85), with statistical analysis software, (P< 0.05), there was significant difference between the treatment group, eight students (cooling blood soup) were significantly higher than those in control group. The two groups of patients were compared with the efficiency, the total effective rate in treatment group was 90%, control group total effective rate was 73.33%, (P< 0.05), with statistical significance, suggesting that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. At the same time, the treatment group quality of life score was (6.70±3.14), the control group quality of life score (9.30±3.82, P< 0.05), analysis of patients after treatment significantly improved the quality of life of the conclusion.Conclusions:1. Liangxuebasheng decoction is the treatment of atopic dermatitis (adult) of the safe and effective treatment, can effectively improve the patient’s skin condition;2. Liangxuebasheng decoctionin the treatment of atopic dermatitis than in control groups of drugs. |
