| Objective:To study the efficacy of supplemented Ziyinchushi decoction for the lesions By observing the clinical efficacy of supplemented Ziyinchushi decoction treating atopic dermatitis with Blood Deficiency-Wind Dryness, and analyze the impact on quality of life.Methods:Taking60effective cases of Dermatology Outpatients as resea-rch subjects in The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of C-hinese Medicine from October2012to January2014.60patients meeting the standards were randomly divided into2groups, each group were30cases.T-reatment group received supplemented Ziyinchushi decoction,with one dose daily,taking after decocting, which was taken warmly after meal in the morni-ng and evening; Control group received Epinastine Hydrochloride Tablets,10mg each time once daily,before Sleeping. Meanwhile, the two groups both re-ceived em-ollient moisturizer Vaseline for external use.4weeks as a course of treatment, both groups received1courses of treatment continuously. After treatment. To observe the Symptoms, SCORAD scores and the improvement of quality of life of the patients.And, to analyze the recorded data statistica-lly. Statistics and adverse reactions of the patient during treatment, Then on the drug’s safety score.Results:1.SCORAD total score of the treatment group (supplemented Ziyinchushi decoction group) is (22.93±19.65),the control group (Epinastine Hydrochloride Tablets group) is (34.87±18.29).Through statistics processing,(P<0.05), the results showed significant difference, which explained that the lesions provement of treated group was better.2.The score of quality of life in the treatment group was (9.77±1.74),and the other group was (8.67±2.01),P<0.05,which indicated that the quality of life of the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group.3. Before treatment. There is a positive linear correlation r is positive (P<0.05) between the total quality of life score and SCORAD score treatment group and the other group, Showed that both groups of patients and their quality of life severity of illness.4.The total effect rate of treatment group was90.00%,and the control group was66.67%.(P<0.05),the results showed significant difference, which indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1. Supplemented Ziyinchushi decoction can significantly improve Symptom scores and the quality of life in atopic dermatitis patients;2.
