Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture for treatment of perimenopausal depression, adverse reactions and recurrence rate. Compare the changes of clinical symptoms and signs after treatment. Hope to find a safe and effective, little side effect,low recurrence rate for the treatment of the disease prevention and control.Methods:67 patients of outpatient and inpatient treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria of perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and Western medicine control group. The treatment group acupuncture Shenshu, Ganshu, Xinshu, Baihui, Sishencong, Yintang, shenting, at Neiguan point. Use of reinforcing-reducing method, acupuncture once a day for six consecutive days of rest one day,28 days for 1 courses, continuous treatment for 3 courses. Western medicine group were treated with fluoxetine capsules,20mg every day, Once a day,28 days for 1 courses,3 consecutive treatment.The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score was used as the primary efficacy evaluation standards, Kupperrnan score was used to evaluate the symptoms of menopause, as a secondary outcome measures.To observe the efficiency and efficacy of TCM Syndromes of two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Comparison of treatment,TCM syndrome integral and HAMD integral, side effect and recurrence rate.Results:67 patients during treatment acupuncture group dropped out two cases, one case off western group, so each group remaining 32 patients.After treatment, clinical total effective rate was 87.5% in treatment group than the control group 68.75 %, but the statistical analysis, there was no significant difference between the two (p>0.05). Comparison of the efficacy of TCM treatment group, cured 4 cases, markedly effective in 15 cases, improved 8 cases, invalid 5 cases, the control group 1 cases were cured clinically,8 cases were markedly effective,12 cases improved,11 cases ineffective, the treatment groupwas significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). In the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs, treatment group and Western medicine group were effective, but the efficacy of the treatment group was more effective than the control group. In terms of side effects, the control group of eight patients had side effects, and treatment group does not appear.compare the rate of recurrence, the recurrence rate in the treatment group than in the control group. No matter from the clinical efficacy, side effects and the recurrence rateis, the treatment group were better than the control group. |
