Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction and Linggui Zhugan Decoction combined with oral targeted drugs in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer complicated with MPE drink-stopping chest hypoxia syndrome, and to obtain clinical results of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion Evidence of efficacy. Methods:From June to December 2020,60 inpatients in the oncology and respiratory medicine departments of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected, including 30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group. Before treatment, the patients in both groups received thoracic tube placement for closed drainage, and the daily drainage volume should not exceed 1000 ml.Generally, continuous drainage was performed for3-5 days.If the daily drainage volume was less than 200 ml,the patients were admitted to the group for treatment after the positive and lateral chest radiographs showed lung dilation.Control group was treated with targeted drugs, and treatment group was treated with targeted drugs plus Traditional Chinese medicine Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction and Linggui Zhugan Decoction, the course of both groups was 4 weeks.Pleural effusion B ultrasonography was performed before and after treatment, and the maximum depth of pleural effusion was measured to calculate the volume of pleural effusion.General information of the two groups of patients was recorded, including age, sex, tumor pathological type, pleural effusion location,TCM syndrome score,KPS score, serum tumor markers CEA and CYFRA21-1levels before and after treatment.Th17 content in peripheral blood,VEGF content in malignant pleural effusion and other indicators were used to evaluate the effect of TCM treatment.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in general clinical baseline data between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Evaluation of the curative effect of malignant pleural effusion: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.80%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.30%.There was no significant difference in the clinical curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral and total integral compared with before treatment, statistically significant differences, the two groups are effective treatment(P<0.05),the cough, short of breath, chest tightness, chest pain and total score of syndromes, the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),in terms of fatigue strength of integral cough up phlegm, god,no obvious difference was found between two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%,and that of the control group was 78.6%.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of KPS score efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.59%,and that of the control group was 78.57%.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life of patients(P<0.05).5.Comparison of tumor markers CEA and CYFRA21-1: Before and after treatment, both groups can reduce the levels of CEA and CYFRA21-1(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing CEA(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in reducing CYFRA21 between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Comparison of Th17 and VEGF contents: Before and after treatment,Th17 and VEGF contents in patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction and Linggui Zhugan De coction combined with targeted drugs in the treatment of malignant ple ural effusion of lung cancer is effective and safe, and is worthy of clin ical application.
