The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Reinforcing Mother Point For Treatment Of Kidnry Yin Deficiency Type Sydromes Before And After Menopause

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture reinforcing mother point for treatment of kidnry yin deficiency type sydromes before and after menopause, to provide a new idea and method on treating kidnry yin deficiency type sydromes before and after menopause.Methods:60 patients with kidnry yin deficiency type sydromes before and after menopause.were randomly divided into a group of 30 patients in treatment of acupuncture reinforcing mother point,a control group of 30 patients were treated with conventional acupuncture therapy. Both groups were 6 days of a course of treatment, and one resting day during. After four courses of treatment, the symptoms of sydromes before and after menopausewould be observed both on the treatment group and the control group, and the related statistical analysis as well as Kupperman scores were used on the two groups of kidnry yin deficiency type sydromes before and after menopause patients to evaluate and compare the efficacy and scale scores between the two groups.Results:(1) the treatment group and the control group both had significant clinical efficacy.30 patients of treatment group were cured 14 cases, effective in 12 cases, the total efficiency of 96.67%, markedly effective rate of 86.67%; 30 patients of control group were cured in 2 cases,10 cases with the total efficiency of 83.33%, markedly effective rate 40.0 %, the treatment group is better than the control group.(2) After the treatments, patients in the treatment group and the control group compared with Kupperman scores before the treatments were decreased, and the difference was significant (p<0.01). Between the treatment group and the control group Kupperman scores have significantly difference and the treatment group was higher (p<0.01).(3) After the treatments, both treatment group and control group of kidnry yin deficiency type sydromes before and after menopause Rating Scale scores were decreased compared with the treatments before, and the difference was significant (p<0.01). Comparison between the two groups, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group (p<0.01).Conclusion:(1)the effection of acupuncture Treatment of acupuncture reinforcing mother point in treating kidnry yin deficiency type sydromes before and after menopause is obvious.(2)the effection of acupuncture Treatment of acupuncture reinforcing mother point in treating kidnry yin deficiency type sydromes before and after menopause is better than treated with conventional acupuncture therapy.
