Clinical Observation Of Pipaqingfei Decoction Combined With Fire Needle For Treating Acne Vulgaris

Objective:Clinical observation of pipaqingfei decoction combined with fire needle for treating acne vulgaris.Methods:Selecting90eligible patients who suffered from syndrome of wind-heat invading lung which is acne vulgaris the clinic of dermatology department of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine, the patients were randomly divided into three groups:in clinic order respectively needle medicine combined treatment group (treatment group) and traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth in the control group (group 1), proprietary Chinese medicine control group (group 2).each group of 30 people. The therapy group oral pipaqingfei decoction combined with fire needle external treatment, the control group 1 oral pipaqingfei decoction, the control group 2 oral pills of eliminate acne. A course of 6 weeks.Observe three groups of patients before treatment after treatment for 2 weeks after treatment of 4 weeks and 6 weeks after therapy lesion score conditions change, as well as the treatment before and after treatment improve patients’quality of life.Results:1.The skin eruptions score of three groups decreases after 4 weeks of treatment, after 6 weeks of treatment, skin eruptions score of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control groupl and control group2, differences between the three groups after6weeks of treatment, the score of skin eruptions were significantly (p<0.05).2. The results showed:the total effective rate in treatment group was 96.67%,1 in the control group the total effective rate was 90.00%,2 in the control group the total effective rate was 56.67%. Three groups of curative effect had significant difference (p<0.05), the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than control group 1 and control group 2.3. Three groups of patients before and after treatment the quality of life evaluation results have significant difference (p<0.05), treatment group life quality improvement is better than that of control group 1 and group 2. Conclusion:1. Pipaqingfei decoction with fire needle therapy lung by the hot wind acne vulgaris type have achieved good clinical effect, fast skin lesions and self-conscious symptom improvement, there was a distinct improvement in patient quality of life, has advantages of small security higher efficient side effects.2. Pipaqingfei decoction alone curative effect on lung wind heat type of acne vulgaris in combination than proprietary Chinese medicine on lesion and self-conscious symptom improvement effect is good.3.Eliminate Cuo pill treatment of lung wind heat type of acne vulgaris have certain curative effect.
