Study On 224 Cases Of Patients With Syndrome Of Asthma Type Female Characteristics And Their Correlation With Northwest Dryness Syndrome

Objective: To study the correlation between the related characteristics of female patients with asthma and the type certificate for the northwest dryness, To provide relevant clinical data on the treatment of prevention of female asthma and syndrome differentiation in the northwest region.Methods: To collect 224 cases of female patients with bronchial asthma from hospital.Recorded in patients with general information, blood lipid,syndrome type of Northwest Dryness syndrome score,type of syndrome and filled in the form,the data was statistically analyzed.Results:1.The age group of 41-60 patients was the most.The majority asthma patients attacked in winter and spring.The total number of cases of patients in the city of 54.8%, rural 45.2%.In the common cause of asthma, respiratory tract infections accounted for the largest proportion, the proportion was 85.7%.Pathogens mainly were wind, cold, heat evil, the frequency was 258, accounted for 57.1%.High blood lipids in patients with different syndromes in proportion of the overall were not all the same.Cold asthma syndrome of the patients with high blood lipid ratio was lower than that of wind phlegm wheeze and asthma type deficiency of lung and spleen deficiency type;2.The largest number patients of asthma complicated with allergic diseases was in the 14-40 age group,the ratio was 63.46%,the second was 41-60 years old.The age group of 14-40 exacerbation of asthma of heat, cold asthma accounts for the main, the ratio was 69.7%.The 41-60 age group was mainly deficiency syndrome.41-60 years of remission in patients with lung spleen deficiency syndrome than the major.The 61-80 age group of two patients with lung and kidney deficiency was the main syndrome, the proportion was 61.3%.3.perimenopause(14-60 years old) asthma attack rate was 62.37%, Non perimenopausal group compared to 18.74%.Conclusion: 1.The age of female patients with asthma mainly concentrated in peri menopausal period;2.Respiratory infection is the most common predisposing factors; 3.The main types of syndrome of high blood lipids are the wind phlegm syndrome, deficiency syndrome and lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.4.The proportion of heat syndrome in the 14-40 age group is the largest.Deficiency syndrome is more common in the 41-60 age group,while Lung-kidney deficiency syndrome in 61-80 years old group is common.5.Perimenopausal patients in Northwest Dryness Syndrome of asthma incidence is the highest, the specific reasons to be further studied.
