Objective: To study the relationship between Uygur and Han Parkinson’s disease(PD)in serum uric acid levels. And to investigate the distribution of serum uric acid levels TCM syndromes in PD patients for TCM syndromes provide reference objective.Methods: January 2009 December 2013 in our hospital 50 patients with PD Uighur, while select age(± 3 years) 、 sex 、 Hoehn-Yahr grading its matching 50 Han PD patients,dialectical typing and detection blood uric acid levels.Results: PD patients Uygur uric acid was significantly lower than the Han PD patients.the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Uighur and Han female PD patients uric acid below the Uighur and Han male PD patients. the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Uighur and Han PD patients serum uric acid level differences in Hoehn-Yahr staging meaningless different(p>0.05).different of ages and Hoehn-Yahr staging than blood and phlegm moving wind syndrome high blood levels of uric acid deficiency of both qi and yin and yang, the two patients, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion: Uighur uric acid levels in patients with PD is lower than Han PD patients,low blood uric acid levels may be Uygur Parkinson’s disease prevalence of risk factors in the Han, while the level of serum uric acid levels do not reflect the severity of illness in patients with PD, at different ages and in different stages, those with high uric acid and blood stasis phlegm moving wind moving wind certificates and other evidence on the value of the low and those with liver and kidney deficiency of both qi and blood related.
