Objective:through to the xinjiang uygur (Uighur and han Chinese Parkinson’s patients blood uric acid level of detection, the xinjiang uygur and han whether PD has correlation with blood uric acid, nationality, sex, illness development, course of diseases affect PD patients blood uric acid levels. Methods:from September2011to September2013to collect the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university neurology hospital disease in128cases, the han (68), uighurs (n=60).By sex, age difference plus or minus five matches the principle to choose healthy check-up and volunteers as control group,144cases of han (74), uighurs (70);Two groups were extracted since morning fasting venous blood line for3to5ml blood uric acid check, finally compare data for statistical analysis.Results:1. The two ethnic uighurs and han Chinese PD group of blood uric acid concentration is lower than two uighurs and han Chinese ethnic group blood uric acid concentration, Uighur t=7.85, P=0.006;Han t=8.10, P=0.005are statistically significant;2. Uighur PD group of male and female uric acid concentration is291+/-46.5, respectively,269+/-30.9, t=2.08, P=0.056, no statistical difference;Men and women in the control group of blood uric acid concentration to350+350+/-30.13, t=1.96, P=0.06no statistical difference.Han PD group of male and female blood uric acid concentration to293+48.8, the270+/-32.9, t=1.72, P=0.09no statistical difference;Men and women in the control group of blood uric acid concentration to348+31.15, the325+/-33.25, t=1.87, P=0.053, no statistical difference.3. The Uighur PD group of blood uric acid concentration with the Hoehn-Yahr classification gradually reduce,0-grade I and grade IV blood uric acid concentration is301+/-46.83, respectively,217+/-23.87, F=6.99, P=0.012, statistically significant, yu no statistical difference between groups;Han PD group of blood uric acid concentration with the Hoehn-Yahr classification gradually reduce,0-grade I and grade IV blood uric acid concentration in298+/-28.95, respectively, compared to213+40.44F=13.26, P 0.015, statistically significant; No statistical differences between subgroups.4. Each stage of the Uighur PD patients during the course of the concentration of blood uric acid (F=5.3; P=0.08), no statistical difference;Han PD patients in different period of duration of blood uric acid concentration difference (F=5.1; P=0.79), no statistical difference. Conclusion:decreasing blood uric acid is a risk factor for PD, has no correlation with nationality, gender, duration, may be associated with eating habits, living environment and other factors.
