Objective:To explore the long-term use of anthraquinones laxatives and colorectal cancer relevance. Methods: 1. Collected between February 2013 to March 2015 to Shanxi Province Hospital of Digestive Diseases outpatients constipation patients screened 170 patients long-term use of anthraquinones laxatives, long-term use in patients with non anthraquinone type laxatives 162 cases, 332 cases of this case colonoscopy, colonoscopy record of colorectal cancer, colorectal polyps detection situation, and the detection of colorectal cancer, colorectal polyps pathology. Review of medical history, recording age, sex, history of taking laxatives and other cases, analyze the relationship between long-term use of laxatives and anthraquinone-based colorectal cancer.2. Choose between January 2013 to March 2015 Check in Shanxi Province and Shanxi Tumor Hospital of Hospital Endoscopy Center colonoscopy and histopathological examination by in vivo diagnosis of 425 cases of colorectal cancer patients choose the same period cardiology, respiratory medicine, renal medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology non-cancer patients hospitalized 1350 cases. History of the two groups of patients with constipation, taking laxatives history and family history of colorectal cancer were compared, analyzed the relationship between long-term use of colorectal cancer anthraquinones laxatives.Results:1. In this study, two groups of constipation cases underwent colonoscopy and found 62 cases of colorectal polyps, polyps were found in 87, 13 in which the ascending colon, transverse colon 16, 9 descending colon, sigmoid colon 24, rectal 25; diameter <1cm polyps 56, 1cm≤diameter <2cm 22 polyps, polyps diameter≥2cm 9. Single polyp 46 cases, 16 cases of multiple polyps, form lobulated polyp 16, form no 71 points leaves; 15 adenomas, 41 hyperplastic polyps, inflammatory polyps 31; tubular adenoma 9, 4 mixed adenoma, villous adenoma two; the two groups were detected polyps according to location, size, number, shape, histological type, adenoma type classification comparison, two cases of colorectal constipation in detection of colorectal polyps showed no significant difference(P>0.05).2. In this study, two groups of patients undergoing colonoscopy constipation, anthraquinones in long-term use of laxatives team found one case of colorectal cancer, long-term use of non-anthraquinone type laxatives team found three cases of colorectal cancer, constipation groups in detection of colorectal cancer patients showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).3. Have a family history of colorectal cancer were more likely to develop colorectal cancer, the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 30.309, P <0.001), with long history of constipation are more likely to develop colorectal cancer, the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 6.430, P = 0.011).4. No matter whether patients with a family history of colorectal cancer, colon melanosis does not increase the risk of colorectal cancer(P> 0.05).5. In no family history of colorectal cancer in the long history of suffering from constipation higher risk of colorectal cancer, the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 10.298, P = 0.001), there is a family history of colorectal cancer in the long-term history of constipation with no history of chronic constipation was no significant difference(P> 0.05) in terms of the risk of colorectal cancer.6. The term of colorectal cancer group anthraquinones taking laxatives and long-term use was no significant difference(P> 0.05) by non purgative anthraquinones with the control group. Conclusions: 1. Long-term use of laxatives in constipation anthraquinones cases of colorectal polyps, colorectal cancer detected in the case of long-term use of non-anthraquinone type laxatives constipation cases the difference was not statistically significant, long-term use in patients with constipation laxative anthraquinonesIt does not increase the risk of colorectal cancer.2. Family history of colorectal cancer increases the risk factor of colorectal cancer occurred.3. In the absence of a family history of colorectal cancer, the prevalence of chronic constipation increased risk of colorectal cancer. 4. Melanosis coli does not increase the risk of colorectal cancer.5. Long-term use of anthraquinones laxatives does not increase the risk of colorectal cancer patients with constipation risk.
