The Therapeutic Effect Of Shenge Qinlian Decoction In The Treatment Of Postoperative Diarrhea Of ??colorectal Cancer (spleen Deficiency And Damp-heat Syndrome)

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy and efficacy of Shenge Qilian Decoction in the treatment of postoperative diarrhea of colorectal cancer with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,and to provide a traditional Chinese medicine treatment for diarrhea after colorectal cancer surgery..Methods: The hospital and outpatient clinic of the affiliated hospital of Hunan Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included in the 60 criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group: taking Gegen Qilian Decoction for 7 days for 1 course of treatment,taking 2 courses continuously.Control group: taking Changkang tablets,100 mg / time,2 times a day,7 days for a course of treatment,taking 2 courses in a row.The two groups were evaluated before and after taking the drug,after taking the drug(after the first course of treatment)and after taking the drug.Follow-up was performed 7 days after the 2 courses of treatment,and the improvement of diarrhea,anal defecation function,TCM syndrome and quality of life before and after treatment were observed and evaluated.RESULTS: After statistical analysis,the gender and age of the experimental group and the control group were statistically tested before treatment,including anal defecation function,TCM syndrome(main syndrome,secondary syndrome)and quality of life.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients were comparable in terms of collection and grouping.In terms of curative effect,both groups of drugs had significant effects on the improvement of diarrhea.The effective rate of the two groups was 86.7%,and the effective rate of the control group was 60.0%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05).Both groups of drugs were effective in the recovery of anal function,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving anal defecation function(p<0.05).Both the treatment group and the control group were effective in improving TCM syndromes.The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the two groups was 60.0%,and the control group was 36.7%.The main syndromes of the Chinese medicine and the secondary syndrome efficacy were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(p<0.05),especially in the improvement of anal bulge and urgency,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05)..Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the quality of life of the patients.The effective rate of the treatment group was 56.7%,and the effective rate of the control group was 33.3%.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the quality of life(p<0.05).In terms of safety,there were no significant abnormalities in blood routine,liver and kidney function,two stool routine,and electrocardiogram test.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion: Shenge Qilian Decoction can treat diarrhea in patients with postoperative diarrhea of spleen-deficiency and damp-heat type colorectal cancer.It can treat diarrhea,restore anal defecation function,improve clinical symptoms,especially improve the feeling of anal bulge,urgency and severe symptoms,and improve patients.Quality of life,and no obvious adverse drug reactions.
