| Objective:The research of transcription factors Snail and calcium epithelial cell adhesion protein E- cadherin expression in breast invasive ductal carcinoma,discuss it with breast invasive ductal carcinoma clinical pathological factors, the relationship between the analysis of correlation of q Snail and E- cadherin expression. Method:To our hospital in January 2012 to October 2012 of 55 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients as the research object. The experimental group in all patients with breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissue, the control group take tissue adjacent to carcinoma patients. Using immunohistochemical SP method to detect 55 cases with breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues of Snail and E- cadherin expression. Results:1.E-cadherin in experimental group 55 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma, negative expression(32- / +), negative expression rate is 58.18%; Positive expression(+ / + + + +) 23 cases, the positive expression rate is 41.82%; 55 patients in the control group and the negative expression(- / +) in 1 case, negative expression rate is 1.82%; Positive expression(+ / + + + +) 54 cases, the positive expression rate was(98.18%). The experimental group and control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.Snail in the experimental group 55 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma, negative expression(- / +) in 7 cases, negative expression rate is 12.73%, the normal expression of 48 cases, normal expression rate is 87.27%. 55 patients in the control group, the negative expression(- / +) 48 cases and negative expression rate is 87.27%, normal expression(+ / + + + +) in 7 cases, normal expression rate is 12.73%; Compared to the experimental group and control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < infiltrating ductal carcinoma.3.By carcinoma tissue adjacent to breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues, E-cadherin positive expression will decrease, and Snail positive expression is increasing, and negatively correlated with the expression of E cadherin and q Snail(r = 0.341, P < 0.01).4.The expression of E-cadherin has nothing to do with the patient whether to menopause, tumor size, ER, P > 0.05, but with age, breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma patients with histological grading, its HER-2 related, and have significant difference,(P < 0.01).5.The expression of Snail with the patient age, tumor size, has nothing to do, P > 0.05, histologic classification and breast invasive ductal carcinoma, ER, its HER-2 related, and have significant difference,(P < 0.01). Conclusions:1.E-cadherin and q and the occurrence of tumor and tumor metastasis is closely related. Snail and E-cadherin high expression in patients with breast invasive ductal carcinoma, progression, and metastasis of important biological marker.2.E-cadherin in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and Snail and the pathological grading of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its HER-2 expression significantly correlated, and both significant negative correlation. Effective detection Snail and E cadherin for the transfer of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and prognosis is of great significance, and security is higher, worthy of further popularization in clinical.3.The breast cancer patients tend to be younger(35) or less, and the early detection and early treatment of breast cancer, is the development direction of breast cancer prevention and control.
