Reaserch On Harmonization Thoughts And Clinical Characteristics Of Xin’an Medical Physicians Of Wang Family

Object:During the Ming and Qing dynasties,Chinese medicine appears "South Xin’an North Hua Tuo" of the event,there were thousands of doctors in Xin’an,a lots of famous medical books and genres.Based on the fusion of the advantages of each faction,they created new medical knowledge,bloomed harmonious color.The “Wang’s medicine in Fujie” is prominent,that is “Wang’s medicine in Xin’an”,the family inheritance has been to the seven generations.Today,it is still has a profound impact.In the clinical treatment,it featuring harmonization method.Therefore,with the harmonization method,probing the wonderful medical skill of “Wang’s medicine in Xin’an”,further researching their clinical experience,developing the traditional Chinese medicine career. Content:Study the literature from famous ancient physicians which about the origin, development and spread of harmonization method, as well as the medical cases of Xin’an medical physicians of Wang Family. Focusing on refining their understanding and application to harmonization method,combined with the analysis of typical cases to show features of harmonization method used by Xin’an medical physicians of Wang Family. Methods: 1.This article main uses the method of checking monograph law and literature search, collects the relevant literature on the subject systematically. 2.Sorting and screening the collected data, as well as carrying on the longitudinal inductive analysis to make it clear. 3.Emphatically interpreting the treatment of complicated internal injuries according to syndrome differentiation by Xin’an Medical physicians of Wang Family, to interpret their using theory and clinical experience about harmonization method.This article through the studying of literature and the medical cases written by Wangzhongqi、Wangrenzhi、Wangletao、Wangjian, we find harmonization method were widely used in their medical cases, include :counterbalance the unity of body and soul、superficial and radical、harmonizing liver and spleen、harmonizing yin and yang、regulating qi and blood and ying-wei、internal and external relieving、inter supply of drying and moistening、coordinate of ascending and descending、recanalization and plug、combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy、reinforcement and elimination in combination. The character of the harmonization methods used by Wang Family mainly include:First,use the opposite of character among medicines、disease and viscera to cure diseases.Second, harmonization methods cover a wide range.Third,one of harmonization methods can cure many diseases.Whats more,one disease can be cured by mang of harmonization methods.Next,one of harmonization methods can affect different of parts.At last,distinguish the primary and the secondary and gain a thorough understanding of them. Conclusion:Xin’an Wang Family four physicians were widely used harmonization method in clinical practice,they inherited the Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine, assimilated Treatise on Febrile Diseases, and absorbed the experience and theory from historical figures, and mix them together, not strait-laced, dig out the guiding significance and practical values of inheriting and extending the most valuable treasures of Xin’an Medicine as well as enriching the theories of TCM and clinical experiences.
