With the rapid growth of the resident population,the promotion of new city construction and the growing problem of aging,the grassroots health service system is facing new challenges.The family physicians contract service system has become the focus of improving the service construction of the primary health care system.The United Nations Family Health Planning Commission of the State Council's Medical Reform Office and seven other departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting Family physicians' Contracting Services",and implemented a family physicians signing service system in primary health units,with the aim of improving the overall function of primary health care services.Deepen the reform of the medical and health system so as to better safeguard the health of the people in the new situation.In the same year,Dalian City proposed to comprehensively promote family physic ians services.This research is based on the help and commission of a hospital in Dalian,based on current social hot issues,using scientific and standardized sampling survey methods and statistical analysis methods,combined with today's Dalian area.The development status of family physicians is based on the community residents who have signed up in Dalian.From the status quo of family physicians' contracting services,the analysis leads to the acceptance,awareness,satisfaction and satisfaction of community residents' contracted family physicians.The ethical issues in the signing service of physicians,focusing on the status of signing services of family physicians in Dalian,and on this basis,suggesting how to optimize the services of contracted family physicians,in order to provide effective measures for relevant departments to improve the optimization of family physicians' signing services.Reference.At the same time,in the context of promoting family physicians services in Dalian and even the whole country,on the one hand,a systematic understanding of the awareness,satisfaction and demand situation of Dalian community residents after signing a family physicians service,on the other hand,through analysis,in understanding the public sentiment Under the premise,promote the promotion of family physicians service system in the community and between urban and rural areas,improve the quality of family physicians services,and accelerate the progress of service coverage.Objective To understand the cognition,satisfaction and demand of family residents' contract service,and to discuss the ethical issues of family physicians r service in a subordinate community of a top three hospital in Dalian,and how to improve the quality of family physicians services and community signing Suggestions for residents' satisfaction.Methods Using the quota sampling method,610 residents from the five communities under the hospital were selected as survey objects for questionnaire survey,using Excel data entry,and Spss20.0 data analysis to study the basic conditions,health status,willingness to visit,and signing services for family physicians.Cognition,satisfaction,demand status,and the correlation between factors.Results The chronic diseases of the elderly in the community were frequent,with a proportion of 85.9% of the community.For the family physicians contract service,45.00% of the residents said that they only heard or did not understand.Among the contracted residents,40.8% of the residents did not receive the family physicians' medical service,and only 27.7% received the family physicians.On-site service,25.9% of residents received referral services,of which 62.10% of the residents who received services were satisfied with the service.Conclusion The survey found that the level of cognitive understanding among the contracted residents is generally low.The residents who have used the family physicians service policy after signing the contract have fewer residents.The residents who have received the service have to improve their satisfaction with the family physicians service.Their needs are concentrated on the family.The professionalism,service attitude and medical equipment of the physicians.
