Effect Of Health Moxibustion On T-PA、PAI-1 In Experimental Hyperlipidemia Rats

Objective :Study on effect of moxibustion therapy on experimental hyperlipidemia rats serum t-PA, PAI-1, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and blood rheology of each index.Methods :Healthy female Wistar 40 rats, water self adaptability, raised for 1 weeks after randomization, 10 rats were selected as the blank group were fed normally, the remaining 30 were used as model group, high fat feed by intragastric administration(1ml/100g). 28 days later, all the rats in blank group all the blood from abdominal aorta,the detection of t-PA, PAI-1, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and blood rheology indexes;model group inner canthus vein blood samples were obtained for blood lipid and blood rheology analysis. In TC model group, TG level and hemorheological indexes can rise synchronously, and compared with the control group, there was significant difference(P < 0.01, P<0. 05), so the rats hyperlipidemia model of success. After the success of modeling, the Wistar rats were seperated into 3 groups randomly. The moxibustion group: after the selection of three and Fenglong two points, with mild moxibustion;simvastatin group: simvastatin is dissolved in distilled water, by gavage once a day,1mg/(kg.d); high fat control group: daily with saline given orally to rats(1ml/100g). A period of treatment is 14 days, 14 days after the end of treatment, a day of rest, the end of the two course of treatment, blood samples were collected and detected for t-PA,PAI-1, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and blood rheology indexes.Results:After treatment, compared with high lipid group, moxibustion group TC, TG, LDL,erythrocyte aggregation index, whole blood viscosity, shear rate, plasma viscosity and PAI-1 indicators were decreased, t-PA increased, with significant difference(P<0. 01,P<0. 05); there is no significant difference between health long group and simvastatin group. No significant difference(P>0. 05).Conclusion:The moxibustion can make in hyperlipidemia rats blood lipid level and hemorheology levels decreased, but also the increased plasma PAI- 1 rats activity decreased, t- PA activity, improve fibrinolytic system activity, and the moxibustion and Western medicine curative effect of simvastatin is quite.
