| Objective:To discuss mechanism of anti-platelet aggregation and regulating blood lipid on experimental hyperlipidaemia rats treated by healthful moxibustion, and provide experimental basis for improving the clinical curative effect by observing the healthful moxibustion on hyperlipidaemia rats blood lipid and hemorrheology change and influence on the activity of platelet CD62 p. Method:Wistar rats were adaptive feed for a week, according to a random number for Health Statistics were randomly divided into four groups,8 female Wistar rats were randomly selected from the Wistar rats for the normal control group, others were for the establishment of hyperlipidaemia rats model. Hyperlipidaemia model was induced by Fat milk lavage, and then randomly divided into normal group, model control group, moxibustion group,aspirin group,8 rats a group. Health moxibustion group "Zusanli" point, "Fenglong" point 4 weeks, 10 ~ 15 minutes a day. Aspirin group according to 10 mg/kg lavage for 4 weeks, once a day. According to the model control group(1 ml / 100 g) saline lavage 4 weeks, once a day. Normal group were normally feed, do not do any intervention. Automatic hemorrheology tester determination of hemorrheology and hemorrheology testing include: plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and viscosity of whole blood shear rate; Blood lipid instrument was used to test blood lipid, blood lipid analysis indicators include: cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL- C), high density lipoprotein(HDL- C) 4 indicators; Using flow cytometry(FCM) analysis of platelet CD62 p. Result:(1) Compared with model control group, healthful moxibustion group significantly reduced serum levels of TC, TG, LDL- C level decreased obviously.(2)Compared with model control group, healthful moxibustion group erythrocyte aggregation index, whole blood viscosity and shear rate were significantly decreased, and had very significant difference(P< 0.01), plasma viscosity was reduced, and had significant difference(P < 0.05); Compared with model control group, aspirin group erythrocyte aggregation index, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, shear rate was significantly reduced, and had very significant difference(P < 0.01); Compared with healthful moxibustion group, the aspirin group had no significant difference.(3) Compared with normal group, model control group platelet CD62 p levels rise had very significant difference(P < 0.01); Compared with model control group, the health care moxibustion group and aspirin significantly lower platelet CD62 p content, and had very significant difference(P < 0.01),Compared with aspirin group, healthful moxibustion group had no significant difference. Conclusion 1. Abnormal blood hemorheology and platelet aggregation are closely related to hyperlipemia. 2. Mild moxibustion "Zusanli" point, "Fenglong" point can significantly reduce hyperlipidaemia rats TC, TG, LDL- C level, has good effect of lipid, the healthful moxibustion can improve the lipid levels, at the same time, it can reduce hemorrheology level: red blood cell aggregation index, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, improve blood viscosity. 3. at the same time can inhibit the activity of platelet CD62 p, platelet aggregation, reduce thrombotic disease associated with hyperlipidaemia. |
