According to the scoring criteria were calculated for two groups of patients before and after treatment in the evaluation of the results of the motor function and the non motor function, and the result of statistical analysis.Result:There was no significant difference about the gender, age and the quantities of the symptoms between traditional massage group (group A) and Wuzhichan group (group B) before the treatment. After treating two groups for 3 times, the remission rates for abdominal pain of group A and B were 33.3% and 90% respectively, having a significant difference (P<0.05). The remission rates of group A and B for diarrhea were 60% and 87.5%, constipation 50% and 100%, vomit 50% and 50%, and they all had no significant differences (P>0.05). The total effective rate was summed by significant efficiency (group A:20%; group B:66.7%) and the effective rate (group A:40%; group B:20%), and it had no significant difference between the two groups. However, the significant efficiency of group B was markedly higher than that of group A (P<0.05).ConclusionAfter treatment,1.In the total score of UPDRS and score of each part:trembling three needles group improved significantly (P<0.01), the control group scores also improved (P<0.05). In the rate of progress:two patients after treatment progress rate were increased significantly (P<0.01), trembling three needles group in improving the resting tremor, sleep disorders, depression, speech and swallowing ability part, are significantly better than the control group with significant difference (P<0.01), has obvious effect in clinic symptoms of motion function, rigidity, postural instability and other improvement (P<0.05).3.
