Observed index.- evaluating the unified parkinson' s disease rating scale (UPDRS), according to UPDRS we calculated the progressive rate of depression, sleep disorder, tremble inactivity, posture barrier, muscular rigidity, language and deglutation after the treatment. We carried on evaluating them separately during pretherapy and post-treatment,then carried out statistical analysis for testing results.Experimental study: The models of PD were established through the method of two points injecting 6-hydroxydopa(6-OHDA).
