Relieve patients with postoperative pain, shorter recovery time, and verify the curative effect and further promote the application of acupuncture, so as to promote the development of the motherland acupuncture.MethodsSelection of guangzhou university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology and second in-patient department of department of gynaecology in May 2014 to December 2014, palace, laparoscopic joint operation and conform to the standards in 60 cases of patients, with the method of randomized and controlled study, cases were randomly divided into treatment group (acupuncture+conventional nursing group) and control group (routine nursing group) 30 cases each. Treatment group in be department of gynaecology, on the basis of conventional nursing, acupuncture on double parapodum three mile, giant virtual springs, Yin ling, three vaginal intercourse, 1r 3, once per day, until the exhaust and defecate longest treatment for 5 days,5 days still not exhaust patients defecate, terminate treatment; The control group only conventional treatment of department of gynaecology. Patient exhaust time, for the first time for the first time defecation time, bowel sounds appear time, bowel sounds recovery time, postoperative 24 hours and 72 hours of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and gastrointestinal dysfunction symptoms such as nausea and vomiting using SPSS21.0 data statistical analysis, evaluation of acupuncture on palace laparoscopy combined the clinical curative effect of the recovery of gastrointestinal function.Results1. Before the treatment, two groups of patients age, operation schedule of the general data comparison, the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05), between groups of data comparable.2. After treatment, two groups of bowel sounds recovery and postoperative abdominal pain, abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting symptoms before treatment were improved (P<0.05).3. After treatment, two groups of bowel sound recovery time, for the first time the exhaust time, for the first time defecation time, postoperative abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting symptoms improvement, the treatment group were better than control group (P<0.05), and postoperative abdominal distention, two groups did not see obvious difference (P>0.05).4. After treatment, the overall curative effect in two groups, the treatment group was 100.00%, the control group was 90.00%, statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group the total curative effect is better than the control group.ConelusionIn view of the palace of laparoscopic combined therapy with the recovery of gastrointestinal function, acupuncture can effectively shorten the postoperative bowel sound recovery time, exhaust time, for the first time for the first time defecation time, reduce gastrointestinal reactions such as abdominal pain, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
