The Effets Of Xiaoyou Decoction For T Lymphoyte Subsets In Peripheral Blood In Patients With Recurrent Condyloma Acuminatum

Objectives1.The project was seleted to study the clinical treatment of Xiaoyou decoction and its effects on relapse rate in patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum.2. According to the changes of Xiaoyou decoction for T lymphoyte subsets in peripheral blood in patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum to study its prevention mechanism from immunology.Methods1. Clinial Research:Sixty of recurrent condyloma acuminatum patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group randomly, each group both had thirty patients. Before using drugs to treat, the microwave (Microwave Multifunction Therapeutic Apparatus Model:KYWB-2000, Medical Equipment Co. Ltd. of Guangdong Kang industry production) was used to get rid of the visible lesions between two groups. Treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine once a day, and washed the external lesions with the diluted Chinese medical herbs at the same time; The control group was treated by injecting BCG-PSN(BCG Polysaccharide and Nucleic Acid injection) 2ml eah time, two days a time, and totally fifteen times, and washed the lesions with Nitrofurazone solution. Each group treated thirty days and followed up to observe three months continuously. If the warts recurred in the course, removed by micromave again and kept on curing to the end. Respectively, in the first month of the treatment, the patients came back once a week, from the beginning of the second month, the patients came back every two weeks until the end of the observation. The patients were requested to record the wounds healing and whether it recurred or not2. Experimental Study:Before using drugs treatment and after nighty days medical therapy, all the experimenters were extracted by 3ml venous blood into EDTA-tubes, sended it to the outpatient laboratory directly, using flow cytometry to detect the result of peripheral blood T cell subsets (CD4+、 CD8+、CD4+/CD8+) and compared with two groups.Results1. Clinical Stduy:The cure rate of the treated group was 86.7% compared with the control group 60.0%, the cure rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared the recurrence rate of the treatment group 13.3% with the control group 40.0%, the recurrence rate between the two groups was statistical significance (P<0.05).2. Experimental Study:2.1 CD4+ expression:Before treated in Chinese medicine treatment, CD4+ expression was (31.69±3.27)%, after nighty days treatment, CD4+ expression was (41.39±2.77)%, compared the after treatment with the before treatment, the CD4+ expression was increased,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Before the treatment, the CD4+ expression of control group was (31.63±2.67)%, after three months treatment, the expression was (31.95±2.02)%, after three months treatment compared with the before treatment, the result gone up, and the difference was not statistical significance (P>0.05); Compared to the two groups before treatment, CD4+ expression was not significant difference (P>0.05);Compared with the two groups after three months treatment, CD4+ expression was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).2.2 CD8+ expression:The CD8+ expression of the Chinese treatment before treated was (31.18±1.58)%, after nighty days treatment was (23.74±2.29) %, the difference between before treatment and after treatment was significant; The CD8+ expression of the contol treatment before treated was (30.51±2.81) %, the expression after nighty days treatment was (30.25±2.31)%, there was no significant difference between before treatment and after treatment; Compared with the two groups before treatment, the expression of CD8+ was not significal difference between them (P>0.05); Compared with the two groups after nighty days treatment, there was significant difference of the CD8+ expression (P<0.05).2.3 CD4+/CD8+expression:Treatment group before treated, the expression of CD4+/CD8+ was (1.01±0.09)%, after nighty days treatment, the expression was (1.75±0.17)%, there was significant difference between before treatment and after treatment in treated group (P<0.05); Control group before treated, the expression of CD4+/CD8+was (1.06±0.13)%, after nighty days treatment, the expression was (1.09±0.10)%, there was no significant difference between before treatment and after treatment in control group (P>0.05);Compared with the two groups, there was no significant difference of CD4+/CD8+expression before treatment (P>0.05);after nighty days treatment, there was significant difference of CD4+/CD8+expression between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions1. The CD4+expression decreased before treatment in recurrent CA patients, while CD8+ expression increased, the expression of CD4+/CD8+ decreased, suggesting that the immunity function of recurrent CA patients was limited, probably due to the body’s HPV infection suppressed immune system and led to the abnormal cellular immune function.2. The expression of CD4+ after ninty days treatment in recurrent CA patients increased, while CD8+ decreased and the percentage of CD4+/CD8+ increased, indicating that Xiaoyou decoction eliminated warts by enhancing immune function of the body to participate in the immune response when the HPV invaded.3. Xiaoyou decoction was obviously better than Siqikang in the treatment of the recurrent CA, and it could reduce the recurrence rate of recurrent CA obviously. Xiaoyou decoction had the better effect, unexpensive, easy to use,less adverse effects,and well tolerated and other advantages.
