Integrative Medicine Meta-analysis Of The Efficacy Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

Objective:Using the Meta-analysis method to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the curative effect of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis in system analysis, evaluating with objectively and credibly to the. effectiveness, Using to guide the direction of research and clinical application.Methods:Retrieving the randomized controlled trial from2003to2012years of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of HT, setting the selected and excluded standard, determining the selected literature, through the Jadad scale and Cochrane handbook5.0the quality evaluation of the literature of inclusion, using RevMan5.0software system analysis, analyzing the bias and sensitivity of results, and adverse reactions.Results:In the12studies, the Meta-analysis results of the comparison of the combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of HT and the western medicine treatment:FT3SMD=0.22, FT4SMD=0.12, TSH SMD=0.29, TGAb SMD=1.57, TPOAb SMD=3.37, the treatment of effective rate OR=4.18, the results without FT4are significant in the statistical,the funnel chart of FT3, FT4, TSH, TGAb and the treatment of effective rate are basic symmetric,their bias are controllable, TPOAb exist great bias.Conclusion:Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of HT than western medicine treatment has obvious advantages, but since there is little in the number of research literature, methodological quality is low, makes the combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of HT is superior to western medicine treatment of the results have bias of risk, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has good security, and has no adverse reactions and side effects.
