ObjectiveCollecting Professor Lin Lizhu’s proved recipe on treating advanced primary liver cancer by the TCM and sorting and analyzing the typical cases, to further summarize clinical thought on treating advanced primary liver cancer by the TCM and provide later physicians reference for treating advanced primary liver cancer.Method:It was to sort and analyze previous literature of primary liver cancer and collect Professor Lin Lizhu’s proved recipe on treating advanced primary liver cancer with Chinese medicine. The primary liver cancer patients from outpatients or hospitalization, who had survived and took Professor Lin Lizhu’s proved recipe for 2 years or more, was taken as research object. Professor Lin Lizhu’s clinical experience on treating advanced primary liver cancer by using TCM was further summarize by tracing course of patients and studying those clinical cases.Result:Advanced primary liver cancer patients treated by TCM was widely used in clinical, which effectively decreased toxic reactions and increased efficacy of chemical therapy, radiotherapy and surgery. It was proved that pure Chinese herbs also had excellent clinical efficacy. The TCM, the principle of strengthened body resistance and anticancer, exerted obvious superiority on syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM which effectively improved life quality of patients and prolonged their survival time. It is worthily recommended in the clinical application.
