OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of Kangai Sanjie Decoction combined with TACE in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer,and to observe the clinical symptoms,quality of life,adverse reactions,solid tumor size,biochemical and immune indicators of patients with TACE after anticancer Sanjie prescription.The impact of Chinese medicine on the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver cancer.METHODS: A randomized controlled trial was conducted in this study.82 eligible patients were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with anticancer Sanjie combined with TACE.The control group was treated with TACE alone.The TCM symptom score,quality of life score,embolic syndrome,solid tumor size,biochemical,immune indicators and safety indicators were evaluated for the short-term efficacy of anticancer Sanjie combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver cancer.RESULTS:(1)In the comparison of TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,embolic syndrome,liver function,coagulation function and alpha-fetoprotein index,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.(2)There was no significant difference in the improvement of solid tumor size between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Anti-cancer Sanjie combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver cancer can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,promote the recovery of postoperative liver function,improve coagulation function,reduce postoperative adverse reactions,and havegood safety.
