Clinical Study On The Syndrome Pattern And Efficacy Characteristics Of 73 Patients With Advanced Liver Cancer

Objective: Regard the middle-late stage of primary liver cancer patients as the research object,summarize the clinical characteristics,treatment and theraputic effect characteristics,expect to provide a reference for further optimizing treatment of the advanced liver cancer Methods: Selected patients who regard liver cancer as the first diagnosis from March 1st,2015 to March 1st,2016 in Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital,use Barcelona criteria as the standards for staging criteria,in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,selected 73 patients accord with standard,review the general information,treatments have been received,clinical symptoms,syndrome characteristics,survival conditions and remission.Use Microsoft Excel software as the frequency statistics,use Spass20.0 to do k-means clustering analysis.Results: 1.The symptom analysis of 73 patients with middle-late liver cancer show that tiredness is its main performance,as high as 82.19%,followed by more than20% of the symptoms are abdominal distension,poor appetite,insomnia,intercostal pain,constipation,jaundice,abdominal pain,bitter mouth,10%-20% of the patients suffering nausea,swelling legs emaciation,black feces,unconsciousness,vomiting,have a deep sigh,tympanites,hematemesis,short of breath,loose stools,upset,angry,little amount of patients can appear dyspnea,fever,anorexia to fat.2.By clustering analysis,we divided the symptoms(including pulse and tongue)of 73 patients with advanced primary liver cancer into five types,Stagnation of dampness in liver and gallbladder,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,blood stasis and water retention,stagnation of liver Qi,spleen deficiency and trapped dampness.3.73 patients with middle-late liver cancer has the median overall survival of 10.4 months.Different syndrome types have different median survival time,followed by stagnation of liver Qi 11.8 months,blood stasis and water retention 10.4months,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney 10.2months,spleen deficiency and trapped dampness 9.5months,Stagnation of dampness in liver and gallbladder 6 months?Stagnation of dampness in liver and gallbladder has the shortest median overall survival.4.After the treatments of combined traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine for the five syndromes,the symptoms(Spirit damage)have different rate of remission,all the therapeutic efficiency are above 50%,Stagnation of dampness in liver and gallbladder has the highest efficiency,as high as 82.61%.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with advanced primary liver cancer has advantage in treatment of “Spirit damage”,especially for Stagnation of dampness in liver and gallbladder,achieved the goal of adverse(relative)combination with “Body” and “Spirit”.Thus the treatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine for middle-late stage liver cancer has advantage in “Spirit damage” treating,it is worth promoting in clinical.
