| Objective:Seborrheic Dermatitis (SD) lines occur in the scalp, face, neck, chest, backand other sebaceous parts. It is an inflammatory skin disease Because ofthe sebaceous glands to secrete too much. For the characteristics of it included reddish or yellowish plaque on the facial, scale and itching. It may be chronic and recurrent tendency. Seborrheic Dermatitis is not only affects the appearance. More importantly, the patients consciously itching, severely hampered the daily life. It is easy to diagnose in clinical,but mostof time is not effectively control the recurrence by only use the Chinesemedical or Western medical. With development of society and life quality, people have higher requirements of the quality of life. Abdominal acupuncture is base on the TCM theory, invented by professor Zhiyun Bo. It can treat this skin disease effectively. This study count the scores which according obserce the symptom included spiloplaxia, aspidiopsoriasis, effusion, area and itching. Observe variety state after the therapeutic method by which one is use Abdominal Acupuncture combined antihistamine and the otheris use the routine western medicine. To investigate the changes of the integrative approach to the recurrence rate. In order to provide a new ideas for the treatment of disease in clinical.Methods:Patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis from March 2014 to March 2015 whom seek for treatment in Guangdong Provincial Hospital, were devided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were 40 cases, and the control group have 40 cases. All patients need to sign informed consent form before treatment. All patients were use of Levocetirizine dihydrochloride dispersible tablets before sleep, once a day.Treatment group was given Abdominal acupuncture which main points included Zhongwan, Xiaowan, Qihai, Guanyuan, Shuifen, Shuidao, Shangfengshidian, Qixue, three times a week. The control group was given by 0.03% tacrolimusointment, twice a day and compound vitamin B tablets, three times a day. A course of one week, a total of 4 courses.Cured patients were follow-up a month, and determine the rate of clinical relapse. Truthfully recorded adverse reactions during treatment.Results:Comparison of the results of general information:A total of 70 cases were collected while the treatment group is34 cases and the control group is 36 cases. Each group in Gender, age, symptom score before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Comparison of clinical efficacy:After a mouth of treatment, the observations showed:the treatment group in cure, effective rate were higher than the control group. The treatment group total efficiency is 97.06% while the control group is 94.44%(P>0.05).The treatment group eased the skin itching is batter than the control group (P<0.05). It showed that Abdominal acupuncture combined antihistamine can control itching effectively.Conclusion:There were 70 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis have finished in the clinical observation (The treatment group were 34 cases, the control group were 36 cases).The treatment group total efficiency is97.06%, and the control group total efficiency is 94.44%. The treatment group significantly as well as the control group. In terms of long-term efficacy,two groups were non distinctiveness. The results show that:Acupuncture combined antihistamine can be a new idea to solve the itching skin problem. |
