Objective: Observation compound soup of Mosaic internal and treatment ofrheumatic fever junction head facial seborrheic dermatitis clinical curative effect and itsinfluence on sebum overflow, in order to make more complete and accurate to the clinicalcurative effect evaluation.Methods:60cases of rheumatic fever junction head facial seborrheic dermatitispatients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group,30cases the oralcompound Mosaic soup, and topical complex Fanghuang Bo liquid control group of30patients with oral Longdanxiegan soft capsules and topical complex the Fang Huangbaisolution, for4weeks. Morphology were observed before and after treatment the skinlesions, exudation, the dander, itching, changes in the TCM symptoms and adversereactions. Detected before and after treatment to seborrhea changes.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was100%to86.67%in thecontrol group, the treatment group and the control group comparison significant difference(P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group. After treatment, patients seborrhearate decreased in both groups before and after treatment difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05) between the two groups after treatment, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), the treatment group were excellent in the control group.Conclusion: Compound mosaic soup the exact the seborrheic dermatitis efficacy ofrheumatic fever, head and face of the junction, with few side effects; significantly reducedpatients seborrhea.
