To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Medicated Thread Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture In Treatment Of Chioasma

The most commonly used method of modern medical treatment of melasma include oral medications, coated with ointment and laser therapy, but the curative effect of the medicine is not exact, side effects and drug taking and causes the trouble make it difficult for the patient to accept. The motherland medicine more to traditional Chinese medicine oral and topical, acupuncture, cupping, bleeding, but there are many slow onset, long course of treatment, the effect is not significant shortcomings, so there is an urgent need to find an effective method for the treatment of chloasma.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Medicated Thread Moxibustion on chloasma patients, through the comparative analysis of curative effect index of integral before and after the treatment, with a preliminary evaluation of the medicated thread moxibustion treatment of chloasma clinical value and feasibility, improve the clinical basis for the effective treatment of chloasma.Method:This study collected 58 cases of chloasma patients were randomly divided into treatment group (medicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment group) and control group (traditional acupuncture group); of which 29 cases of treatment group,29 cases in the control group. A course of treatment (5 times,20 times a week for a course of treatment), the use of statistical methods, the collection of data processing and analysis, observation of curative effect of two groups of difference.Results:1, the total effect:the medicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment group total effectiveness is 89.66%, the traditional acupuncture group, the total efficiency of 68.97%, compared to the total effect was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).2, melasma severity and the lesion area integration scores:the two groups were compared before and after treatment in the integral in the lower, and there was significant difference (P<0.01), was obviously improved, which medicated thread moxibustion combined with acupuncture treatment group improved better than the traditional acupuncture group, with statistical significance (P<0.01).3, the recurrence rate:the treatment group effective cases 26 cases, 1 case of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 3.45%. Effective cases control group 20 cases,8 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 40%, the recurrence rate of treatment group was obviously lower than the control group.Conclusion:1. medicine line point moxibustion combined with acupuncture and traditional acupuncture to change the color of the chloasma, skin lesion area all have different degrees of improvement, and medicine line point moxibustion combined with the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma is superior to the traditional acupuncture group.2. chloasma patients using moxibustion combined with medicine line point acupuncture treatment after recurrence rate is lower than the traditional acupuncture group, studies have shown that combined with medicine line point moxibustion effect more durable.3. in this study, some patient has repeatedly patch color, shape, size, investigate its reason, have to go out to play, of waste their gluttony of stomach disease recurrence, there are many factors that can illustrate the influence of chloasma, not just a profile can cause, but the result of the multifaceted role; But after medicine line point moxibustion and acupuncture regulate all can improve, also explains the treatment of chloasma is not only the spot, or a whole body toning process.
